【摘要】：水資源短缺是影響昆明市區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)高速、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的核心問題之一。依據(jù)2001—2012年《昆明市水資源公報(bào)》數(shù)據(jù),采用基尼系數(shù)、人均水資源量、水資源開發(fā)利用率、水資源負(fù)載指數(shù)等方法分別對(duì)昆明市的水資源變化趨勢(shì)、時(shí)空分布特征、匹配性、短缺格局進(jìn)行分析。研究結(jié)果表明:昆明市人均水資源量不及云南省及全國(guó)平均水平,且內(nèi)部差異明顯,多年平均人均水資源量極值比高達(dá)10.78,最少的地區(qū)為主城四區(qū)(299 m~3/人);水資源量與GDP、人口匹配性較差,與耕地匹配性相對(duì)較好;昆明市水資源主要呈現(xiàn)出"南缺北豐"格局,且缺水地區(qū)數(shù)量不斷增多,多數(shù)地區(qū)缺水等級(jí)逐漸加重。雨洪利用、多方面節(jié)水、跨區(qū)域調(diào)水、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整等是緩解昆明市水資源短缺的有效措施。
[Abstract]:Water shortage is one of the core problems affecting the rapid and stable development of regional economy in Kunming.According to the data of Kunming Water Resources Bulletin from 2001 to 2012, using Gini coefficient, per capita water resources quantity, utilization ratio of water resources development, water resources load index and so on, the variation trend and temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of water resources in Kunming are analyzed respectively.Matching, shortage pattern analysis.The results show that the per capita water resources in Kunming are lower than the average of Yunnan Province and the whole country, and the internal differences are obvious.The ratio of per capita water resources per capita to extreme value is as high as 10.78, the least area is the four districts of the main city, the area is 299mt / man, the quantity of water resources and GDPs is poor, the matching ability with cultivated land is relatively good, the water resources of Kunming City mainly presents the pattern of "north abundant in south".And the number of water shortage areas is increasing, and the water shortage grade in most areas is gradually aggravated.Rainwater utilization, water saving in many aspects, trans-regional water transfer and industrial structure adjustment are effective measures to alleviate water shortage in Kunming.
