軟土地基上南水北調(diào)PCCP供水管線工程施工關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:南水北調(diào)工程是解決天津地區(qū)水資源緊缺的重要途徑,其中南水北調(diào)中線工程是將天津干線輸送的長(zhǎng)江水調(diào)蓄供給到天津市各供水區(qū)的供水工程,供水工程主要采用PCCP管的施工工藝。由于天津地區(qū)特別是濱海新區(qū)為新近沉積地層,地基大多為含水量較大的淤泥質(zhì)粘土,其工程特性對(duì)管道安裝工藝要求較高,回填施工工藝的合理選取與控制難度較大。因此,研究合理的回填施工工藝是天津市配套供水管線工程回填施工中亟待解決的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。 另外,南水北調(diào)天津市配套工程建設(shè)輸水管線經(jīng)過(guò)很多魚塘地段,土承載力低、孔隙比大、與周邊土質(zhì)差異較大,易產(chǎn)生地基不均勻沉降變形,造成管口轉(zhuǎn)角較大而影響PCCP管的安全運(yùn)行。因此,結(jié)合本工程實(shí)際情況,在滿足抗?jié)B且便于安裝的條件下,有必要對(duì)PCCP管道關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行相關(guān)研究,本文主要通過(guò)室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)以及數(shù)值分析的手段進(jìn)行以下方面的研究: (1)天津軟土地基大多屬于淤泥質(zhì)粘土,,工程性質(zhì)比較復(fù)雜,并且土質(zhì)不均勻,因而結(jié)合PCCP管的工作特性對(duì)土體的變形特性、承載特性通過(guò)室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行研究; (2)通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)段提出適應(yīng)于天津地區(qū)軟土地基的PCCP管工程回填土合理的壓實(shí)度、施工工藝及質(zhì)量控制措施,通過(guò)研究提出一種適用于PCCP管地基和回填土壓實(shí)度的安全、便捷的檢測(cè)方法。 (3)結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)及理論分析,對(duì)不同回填壓實(shí)度情況下管道結(jié)構(gòu)安全計(jì)算,通過(guò)計(jì)算地基不均勻沉降對(duì)PCCP管口相對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)角分析計(jì)算,確定相對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)角實(shí)際應(yīng)用值范圍。
[Abstract]:The South-to-North Water transfer Project is an important way to solve the shortage of water resources in Tianjin area. Among them, the South-to-North Water transfer Project is a water supply project for regulating and storing the Yangtze River water transported by Tianjin trunk lines to various water supply areas in Tianjin.Water supply project mainly adopts the construction technology of PCCP pipe.Because Tianjin, especially in Binhai New area, is a newly deposited stratum, the foundation is mostly silt clay with high water content, so the engineering characteristics of the silt clay require high pipeline installation technology, and the reasonable selection and control of backfill construction technology is more difficult.Therefore, the research of reasonable backfill construction technology is the key problem to be solved urgently in the backfill construction of Tianjin water supply pipeline project.In addition, the construction of water conveyance pipelines in Tianjin for South-to-North Water transfer Project has passed through many fish ponds. The soil bearing capacity is low, the porosity ratio is large, and the soil quality is quite different from the surrounding soil, which can easily lead to uneven settlement and deformation of the foundation.Because of the large nozzle angle, the safe operation of PCCP pipe is affected.Therefore, according to the actual situation of the project, it is necessary to study the key technology of PCCP pipeline under the condition of impermeability and easy installation.Field testing and numerical analysis means to carry out the following studies:1) Tianjin soft soil foundation mostly belongs to silt clay, the engineering property is more complex, and the soil quality is not uniform, so combined with the working characteristics of PCCP pipe, the deformation and bearing characteristics of soil are studied through laboratory tests.The reasonable compaction degree, construction technology and quality control measures of backfill for PCCP pipe engineering suitable for soft soil foundation in Tianjin area are put forward through field test section, and a kind of safety suitable for PCCP pipe foundation and backfill soil compaction degree is put forward through research.Convenient detection method.In combination with field test and theoretical analysis, the safety calculation of pipeline structure under different backfill compaction degree is carried out. By calculating the relative rotation angle of PCCP pipe mouth by calculating the uneven settlement of foundation, the practical application range of relative rotation angle is determined.
