【摘要】：抽水蓄能發(fā)電機組轉(zhuǎn)子中阻尼環(huán)連接片作為阻尼繞組的重要部件,在發(fā)電機組運行過程中受到離心力、電磁力等作用,極易發(fā)生疲勞開裂并刮傷定子繞組絕緣等嚴重事故.目前應用最廣的轉(zhuǎn)子阻尼環(huán)連接片有兩種,分別為普通型阻尼環(huán)連接片和Ω型阻尼環(huán)連接片.通過有限元軟件分析兩種轉(zhuǎn)子阻尼環(huán)連接片在不同工況下的應力應變,并計算了兩種阻尼環(huán)連接片的安全系數(shù).根據(jù)疲勞壽命評估方法,得到了兩種轉(zhuǎn)子阻尼環(huán)連接片的疲勞壽命,為阻尼環(huán)連接片的選型和制定連接片的維護及更換周期提供參考.
[Abstract]:As an important part of damping windings in the rotor of pumped storage generator sets, the damping ring connectors are subjected to centrifugal force and electromagnetic force during the operation of the generator sets, which can easily lead to fatigue cracking and serious accidents such as scratching the insulation of stator windings.At present, there are two kinds of rotor damping ring connectors which are common damping ring connectors and 惟 damping ring connectors.The stress and strain of two kinds of rotor damping ring connectors under different working conditions are analyzed by finite element software, and the safety factors of the two kinds of damping ring connectors are calculated.According to the fatigue life evaluation method, the fatigue life of two kinds of rotor damping ring connectors is obtained, which provides a reference for the selection of damping ring connectors and the establishment of the maintenance and replacement cycle of the joints.
