【摘要】：實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)是高校在教學(xué)、科研、管理等方面綜合能力的體現(xiàn),其水平的高低直接決定了培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的質(zhì)量。同濟(jì)大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院水利工程系在原有實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合國(guó)家"卓越工程師教育培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃",針對(duì)港口航道與海岸工程專業(yè)本科生提出"卓越港航人才"培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃,旨在培養(yǎng)造就一批具有新時(shí)代特征的高素質(zhì)復(fù)合型人才。以同濟(jì)水利系港航本科專業(yè)培養(yǎng)模式為例,從實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)體系升級(jí)、精品課程強(qiáng)化以及精品實(shí)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目打造三大方面對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)改革進(jìn)行闡述和總結(jié),以期為高校相關(guān)專業(yè)"卓越人才培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃"的實(shí)施提供借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:Experimental teaching is the embodiment of comprehensive ability in teaching, scientific research and management in colleges and universities. The level of experiment teaching directly determines the quality of cultivating students.On the basis of the original experimental teaching, the Department of Water Engineering, College of Civil Engineering, Tongji University, combined with the National "Education and training Plan for Outstanding Engineers", put forward a "training Plan for Outstanding Hong Kong and Marine talents" for undergraduates majoring in port, waterway and coastal engineering.The aim is to cultivate a group of high-quality compound talents with new era characteristics.Taking the training mode of undergraduate course of Hong Kong and Shipping in Tongji Water Conservancy Department as an example, this paper expounds and summarizes the reform of experimental teaching from three aspects: upgrading of experimental teaching system, strengthening of fine courses and construction of excellent experimental projects.In order to provide reference and reference for the implementation of the "excellent talent training plan" for related majors in colleges and universities.
