【摘要】：實(shí)際工程中,對(duì)于墩臺(tái)與樁基組成的復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu),有限元分析方法是采用三維實(shí)體模擬墩臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu),采用框架單元模擬樁基結(jié)構(gòu)。這兩種結(jié)構(gòu)單元的節(jié)點(diǎn)自由度不同,因此在兩種單元交接節(jié)點(diǎn)處需要做特殊處理,以便達(dá)到變形協(xié)調(diào)的效果。殼單元與框架單元具有相同的節(jié)點(diǎn)自由度。采用SAP2000軟件,結(jié)合納米比亞LNG項(xiàng)目,綜合分析比較厚殼單元與實(shí)體單元在墩臺(tái)模型中的計(jì)算結(jié)果,顯示采用厚殼單元能在滿(mǎn)足工程精度范圍內(nèi)代替實(shí)體建模,同時(shí)能有效提高工程技術(shù)人員的建模效率。
[Abstract]:In the practical engineering, the finite element analysis method is used to simulate the pier and abutment structure and the frame element to simulate the pile foundation structure for the composite structure composed of pier and pile foundation.The joint degrees of freedom of the two structural elements are different, so special treatment is needed at the junction of the two elements in order to achieve the effect of deformation coordination.The shell element has the same degree of freedom as the frame element.SAP2000 software and Namibia LNG project are used to analyze and compare the calculation results of thick shell element and solid element in pier and abutment model. The results show that thick shell element can replace solid modeling in the range of engineering accuracy.At the same time, it can effectively improve the modeling efficiency of engineers and technicians.
