【摘要】：為防止泵站系統(tǒng)管路局部位置真空破壞,以虹吸式出水流道真空破壞閥的聯(lián)動(dòng)控制為研究對(duì)象,分析現(xiàn)地手動(dòng)控制、現(xiàn)地PLC自動(dòng)控制、現(xiàn)地硬接線自動(dòng)控制、遠(yuǎn)程控制等控制方式的可靠性,研究真空破壞閥的聯(lián)動(dòng)工作機(jī)制。以南水北調(diào)來(lái)水調(diào)入密云水庫(kù)調(diào)蓄工程為例,研究結(jié)果表明:通過(guò)增加軟啟柜硬接線、配置電磁閥按鈕箱,在正常運(yùn)行及事故停機(jī)時(shí)能夠有效實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)水泵機(jī)組的保護(hù);在停泵運(yùn)行時(shí),真空破壞閥打開(kāi)關(guān)閉時(shí)間確定為10 s。水泵機(jī)組啟動(dòng)及事故停機(jī)時(shí)真空破壞閥的聯(lián)動(dòng)控制方案對(duì)同類虹吸式工程的設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)行及控制具有參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In order to prevent the vacuum damage in the local position of the pumping station system, this paper takes the linkage control of the vacuum damage valve of the siphon outlet passage as the research object, analyzes the manual control in the field, the automatic control of the PLC in the field, and the automatic control of the hard connection in the field. Based on the reliability of remote control and other control methods, the linkage working mechanism of vacuum damage valve is studied. Taking the project of regulating and storing water from South-to-North Water transfer into Miyun Reservoir as an example, the research results show that the solenoid valve button box can be arranged by increasing the hard connection of soft opening cabinet. In normal operation and accident shutdown can effectively achieve the protection of the pump unit; when the pump operation, The opening and closing time of the vacuum damage valve is determined to be 10 s. The combined control scheme of the vacuum damage valve during the start-up and failure shutdown of the pump unit has reference value for the design, operation and control of the similar siphon engineering.
