埋藏光面管抗外壓穩(wěn)定分析的阿姆斯圖茲法及其應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:針對阿姆斯圖茲法(阿氏法)失穩(wěn)機(jī)理和控制微分方程不系統(tǒng)、各國規(guī)范采用的迭代公式和工程應(yīng)用不統(tǒng)一的問題,本文系統(tǒng)推導(dǎo)阿氏法單波失穩(wěn)機(jī)理的控制微分方程組,對比論證了單波失穩(wěn)機(jī)理的可靠性;給出臨界外壓迭代計(jì)算公式的推導(dǎo)假定,剖析了目前常用的4種迭代公式的異同;研究簡化臨界外壓迭代公式選取、縫隙計(jì)算與取值、安全系數(shù)取值對對抗外壓設(shè)計(jì)方案的影響;指出阿氏論文以及美國ASCE、美國EM引用阿氏公式中的有誤處。工程實(shí)例分析表明:我國埋藏光面管抗外壓設(shè)計(jì)安全儲備相對偏大,建議采用阿氏法臨界外壓迭代公式和1.5的抗外壓安全系數(shù),使安全儲備與國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基本一致,以適應(yīng)管道技術(shù)進(jìn)步現(xiàn)狀和國際競爭力要求。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of instability mechanism and governing differential equation of Amisturtz method, the iterative formula adopted in different countries and the engineering application, the control differential equations of single wave instability mechanism of Armstadze method are deduced systematically. The reliability of the single wave instability mechanism is compared and proved, the derivation assumption of the iteration formula of critical external pressure is given, the similarities and differences of four kinds of iterative formulas are analyzed, and the selection of the iterative formula of critical external pressure, the calculation of slot and the value of the simplified iteration formula of critical external pressure are studied. The influence of safety factor on the design scheme of resisting external pressure, and pointing out that there are some errors in Archer's formula cited in Archer's paper and ASCE and EM in America. The analysis of engineering example shows that the safety reserve of buried smooth tube in the design of resisting external pressure is relatively large in our country. It is suggested that the iterative formula of critical external pressure of Archer method and the safety factor of 1.5 for resisting external pressure should be adopted to make the safety reserve basically consistent with the international standard, so as to meet the requirements of pipeline technology progress and international competitiveness.
