【摘要】:環(huán)境保護和優(yōu)先發(fā)展清潔能源是21世紀世界各國面臨的重大任務(wù)。水電作為清潔與可再生能源,具有成本低、規(guī)模大、調(diào)節(jié)性強的優(yōu)勢。與常規(guī)水輪機設(shè)計相比,燈泡貫流式水輪機具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,重量輕,,電站廠房高度小,工程投資小的特點。轉(zhuǎn)動部分是水輪機能量轉(zhuǎn)化的重要動力部件,其靜動態(tài)性能是水輪機組效率及安全運行的重要保障。本文結(jié)合具體工程項目,綜合運用理論計算、有限元分析及優(yōu)化設(shè)計理論,系統(tǒng)研究水輪機組轉(zhuǎn)動部分結(jié)構(gòu)及優(yōu)化設(shè)計方法。主要工作如下: (1)在系統(tǒng)總結(jié)燈泡式水輪機組結(jié)構(gòu)特點及總體布置形式基礎(chǔ)上,歸納形成了水輪機組設(shè)計流程。 (2)采用類比設(shè)計方法,完成了主軸及轉(zhuǎn)輪體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。基于額定和飛逸工況下理論計算與有限元分析,提出了主軸及轉(zhuǎn)輪體關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)確定方法。 (3)基于實驗設(shè)計及優(yōu)化算法,系統(tǒng)研究了水輪機轉(zhuǎn)輪體及主軸的結(jié)構(gòu)多目標優(yōu)化設(shè)計方法,并形成了優(yōu)化設(shè)計技術(shù)流程。
[Abstract]:Environmental protection and priority to develop clean energy are the major tasks facing all countries in the 21st century. As clean and renewable energy, hydropower has the advantages of low cost, large scale and strong adjustment. Bulb tubular turbine has the characteristics of compact structure, light weight, small power plant height and low project investment. Its static and dynamic performance is an important guarantee for the efficiency and safe operation of the turbine unit. The rotation part structure and optimization design method of hydraulic turbine unit are studied systematically. The main work is as follows:. 1) on the basis of summing up the structural characteristics and the general layout of the bulb turbine unit, the design process of the turbine unit is concluded. Based on the theoretical calculation and finite element analysis under rated and flight conditions, a method for determining the key structural parameters of spindle and runner is proposed. 3) based on the experimental design and optimization algorithm, the multi-objective optimization design method of turbine runner and spindle structure is studied systematically, and the technical flow of optimization design is formed.
