出山店水庫(kù)土石壩段地基沉降及處理方案有限元分析

【摘要】:河南省出山店水庫(kù)是淮河干流上的大型防洪控制工程,是多次淮河流域規(guī)劃中列為淮干上游的唯一一座防洪控制工程。是一座以防洪為主、結(jié)合供水、灌溉、兼顧發(fā)電等綜合利用的大型水利樞紐工程。由于出山店土壩段壩線較長(zhǎng),其間跨越了多處巖性不同甚至工程性質(zhì)差異較大的地基,在這種情況下壩體及地基很可能發(fā)生較大的沉降及不均勻沉降,導(dǎo)致心墻撕裂甚至整個(gè)壩體的破壞。因此研究其地基沉降,對(duì)于整個(gè)工程進(jìn)度、工程質(zhì)量都有重大意義。針對(duì)出山店土石壩段地基沉降問題,本文采用e-p曲線及非線性轉(zhuǎn)化為彈性公式初步計(jì)算施工期沉降量,用有限元法借助ANSYS軟件進(jìn)行三維有限元建模計(jì)算,三者相互校核。結(jié)果均顯示,沉降量過大,不滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,必須采取相應(yīng)的措施。根據(jù)整體地基性質(zhì),本文模擬擠密砂樁復(fù)合地基,再次利用ANSYS計(jì)算運(yùn)行期沉降量,沉降量在允許范圍內(nèi),證明該方案可行。通過本文的計(jì)算研究,為以后沉降計(jì)算及處理方案提供了依據(jù)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:The Qiongshandian Reservoir in Henan Province is a large-scale flood control project on the main stream of the Huaihe River. It is the only flood control project listed as the upstream of the Huaihe River Basin in many times. It is a flood control project, which is mainly composed of flood control, combined with water supply and irrigation. Considering the comprehensive utilization of power generation and other large-scale water conservancy projects. Due to the long dam line in the earth-dam section of Qiongshandian, there are many foundations that have different lithology or even engineering properties. In this case, large settlement and uneven settlement are likely to occur in the dam body and foundation, resulting in tear of the core wall and even destruction of the whole dam body. The quality of the project is of great significance. In view of the settlement of the foundation in the earth-rock dam section of Qiongshandian, this paper uses the e-p curve and the nonlinear transformation to the elastic formula to calculate the settlement during the construction period. The finite element method is used to carry out 3D finite element modeling and calculation with ANSYS software. The results show that the settlement is too large and does not meet the design requirements, and corresponding measures must be taken according to the properties of the whole foundation. This paper simulates the compacted sand pile composite foundation and calculates the settlement of the compacted sand pile during operation by using ANSYS again. The settlement is within the allowable range, which proves that the scheme is feasible. Through the calculation and study in this paper, it provides the basis and experience for the settlement calculation and treatment scheme in the future.
