【摘要】：大壩泄洪水體具有泥沙濃度高且總?cè)芙鈿怏w(Total Dissolved Gas,TDG)過飽和的特點,TDG過飽和含沙水體威脅著下游河道魚類的生存,正成為日漸突出并日益受到廣泛關(guān)注的生態(tài)環(huán)境影響之一。為進一步探討TDG過飽和含沙水體對魚類影響的規(guī)律,選一年齡巖原鯉幼魚為實驗對象,以中值粒徑為7μm的泥沙為實驗用沙,對TDG飽和度為100%、125%、130%、135%、140%的水體,分別設(shè)置0、200、600、800、1000 mg/L的含沙量實驗工況,開展含沙水體TDG過飽和的持續(xù)暴露實驗。實驗結(jié)果表明:巖原鯉幼魚受TDG過飽和含沙水體脅迫時,TDG飽和度越高,含沙量越大,巖原鯉幼魚半致死時間越小,泥沙加速了該魚類在過飽和TDG含沙水體中的死亡,但過飽和TDG仍是引起巖原鯉死亡的主要因素。此外,TDG飽和度為100%的各含沙實驗組(200~1000 mg/L)中,泥沙單獨作用未造成巖原鯉幼魚死亡。
[Abstract]:The flood discharge water of the dam has the characteristics of high sediment concentration and total dissolved Dissolved gas (TDG) supersaturation. TDG supersaturation is threatening the survival of fish in the downstream channel. In order to further study the effect of TDG supersaturated sediment water on fish, we selected the juvenile of rock carp as the experimental object. Taking the sediment with the median diameter of 7 渭 m as the experimental sand, the experimental conditions of the sediment content of 0 200600800 ~ 1000 mg/L were set up for the water body with a TDG saturation of 100 ~ 125 and 130 ~ 135 ~ 140%, respectively. The continuous exposure experiment of TDG supersaturation in sand bearing water was carried out. The results showed that the higher the saturation and the higher the sediment content of the juvenile fish, the smaller the half lethal time of the juvenile fish, when the juvenile fish was under the stress of TDG supersaturated water body. Sediment accelerated the death of the fish in supersaturated TDG sediment water, but supersaturated TDG was still the main cause of death. Sediment alone did not result in the death of juvenile Carpio Carpio.
