戈蘭灘水電站6#壩段滲水問題的有限元分析

【摘要】:水利工程特別是大中型水電站的迅速發(fā)展,對于混凝土重力壩除了要考慮地基變形和穩(wěn)定性等一般問題,還需要考慮流體滲流帶來的影響。 本文針對戈蘭灘水電站6#壩段滲水問題,以滲流基本理論、滲流有限元方法計(jì)算理論為基礎(chǔ),以ANSYS軟件熱處理模塊為依托,分析戈蘭灘水電站6#壩段滲流場分布情況。結(jié)合現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)反演分析現(xiàn)實(shí)工況下地基滲透系數(shù),通過對比帷幕深度變化及帷幕形式改變對地基滲流的影響,提出解決戈蘭灘水電站6#壩段滲水問題的工程優(yōu)化方法。這對分析解決同類工程實(shí)際問題具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義及經(jīng)濟(jì)效益意義。本文主要研究內(nèi)容: (1)結(jié)合現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),采用ANSYS熱處理模塊,在現(xiàn)狀戈蘭灘水電站6#壩段設(shè)計(jì)條件下,通過假設(shè)一系列地基滲透系數(shù)值,得到一系列對應(yīng)的滲流量值,進(jìn)而得到滲透系數(shù)與滲流量的關(guān)系曲線。對比現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測滲流量值,反演分析得到綜合情況下的地基滲透系數(shù),該滲透系數(shù)即為經(jīng)過多年的運(yùn)行后該壩段的實(shí)際滲透系數(shù)。 (2)分析地基無帷幕及有帷幕時(shí)對壩段滲流的影響。當(dāng)壩基設(shè)置防滲帷幕時(shí),保持現(xiàn)狀帷幕形式不改變,帷幕深度變化取0m~90m時(shí),分析防滲帷幕深度的改變對壩段滲流場的影響;改變帷幕形式(壩基下帷幕最大深度與最小深度處于同一高程),帷幕深度變化取0m~90m時(shí),分析防滲帷幕形式的改變及深度的改變對壩段滲流場的影響。得到在滲流效果一致的情況下,改變帷幕形式(壩基下帷幕最大深度與最小深度處于同一高程)將比現(xiàn)狀帷幕形式帷幕方量大大減小。提出繼續(xù)對壩段單孔滲流量進(jìn)行觀測,選擇低溫季節(jié)進(jìn)行帷幕補(bǔ)灌漿,灌漿時(shí)將原來灌漿深度壩基下不足40m的地方補(bǔ)灌達(dá)到40m的滲控方法。 (3)分析地基無帷幕及有帷幕時(shí)對壩基揚(yáng)壓力水頭分布的影響。在對壩基揚(yáng)壓力分析的過程中充分考慮了壩體排水孔的作用。得出設(shè)置帷幕灌漿后,,壩基揚(yáng)壓力水頭值大幅度減小,減小值約30%。帷幕形式的改變對壩基揚(yáng)壓力水頭值影響較小。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of water conservancy projects, especially large and medium-sized hydropower stations, the influence of fluid seepage on concrete gravity dams should be considered in addition to the general problems such as foundation deformation and stability. In this paper, based on the basic theory of seepage, the calculation theory of seepage finite element method and the heat treatment module of ANSYS software, the seepage problem of dam section No. 6 of Gangtan Hydropower Station is discussed. The distribution of seepage field in dam section 6 # of Gorantan Hydropower Station is analyzed. The seepage coefficient of foundation under actual working condition is analyzed by using the field monitoring data. The influence of the change of curtain depth and the change of curtain form on the seepage flow of foundation is compared. The engineering optimization method to solve the seepage problem of dam section 6 # of Gorantan Hydropower Station is put forward, which has important guiding significance and economic benefit significance for analyzing and solving the practical problems of similar projects. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:. 1) combining with the field monitoring data and adopting ANSYS heat treatment module, a series of corresponding seepage values are obtained by assuming a series of foundation permeability coefficient values under the design conditions of the dam section 6 # of the current Gorantan Hydropower Station. Then the relationship curve between permeability coefficient and seepage discharge is obtained, and the seepage coefficient of the foundation is obtained by inversion analysis, which is the actual permeability coefficient of the dam section after many years of operation. 2) analyzing the influence of foundation without curtain and curtain on seepage flow of dam section. When the dam foundation sets impervious curtain, the form of curtain remains unchanged and the depth of curtain is changed by 0m~90m, the influence of the change of depth of impervious curtain on seepage field of dam section is analyzed. Changing the form of the curtain (the maximum depth and the minimum depth of the curtain under the dam foundation are in the same elevation, and the variation of the curtain depth is taken as 0m~90m, The influence of the change of seepage curtain form and depth on seepage field of dam section is analyzed. Changing the curtain form (the maximum depth and the minimum depth under the dam foundation are at the same elevation) will be greatly reduced compared with the current curtain form. It is proposed to continue to observe the seepage flow of single hole in the dam section and to select the low temperature season for curtain filling grouting. During grouting, the seepage control method is used to control the depth of grouting in places that are less than 40 m below the dam foundation and the depth of grouting is less than 40 m. 3) analyzing the influence of the foundation without curtain and when there is curtain on the distribution of the pressure head of the dam foundation. In the analysis of the uplift pressure of the dam foundation, the function of the drainage hole of the dam body is fully considered. The water head value of dam foundation uplift pressure decreases by about 30. The change of curtain form has little effect on dam foundation uplift pressure head value.
