水電站放空洞混凝土和鋼管聯(lián)合封堵系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

【摘要】:某水電站水庫庫底放空洞因進水口檢修閘門長期擋水及無法緊急下閘,需進行后期改建。從減少經(jīng)濟投入考慮,改建采用由混凝土封堵體、預(yù)埋鋼管、鋼制封頭和進人孔構(gòu)成的聯(lián)合封堵結(jié)構(gòu),其中混凝土封堵體、預(yù)埋鋼管、鋼制封頭的承壓受力結(jié)構(gòu)較為明確,可分別進行計算。鋼制封頭上設(shè)進人孔會使封頭開孔處產(chǎn)生顯著的局部應(yīng)力成為結(jié)構(gòu)的薄弱點,需采用三維有限元分析計算。詳細論述了放空洞封堵系統(tǒng)各部位的設(shè)計,其方法可為類似工程封堵設(shè)計提供參考。
[Abstract]:The bottom cavern of a reservoir of a hydropower station needs to be rebuilt in the later stage because of the long term water retaining of the gate for water inlet maintenance and the inability to urgently lower the gate. In view of reducing the economic input, the reconstruction adopts concrete plugging body and pre-buried steel pipe. The combined sealing structure composed of steel head and manhole, in which concrete sealing body, embedded steel pipe and steel head bearing force structure are relatively clear. It can be calculated separately. The obvious local stress at the opening of the head will become the weak point of the structure. The design of every part of the sealing system is discussed in detail, which is based on the three-dimensional finite element analysis. The method can provide a reference for similar engineering plugging design.
