【摘要】:針對傳統(tǒng)綜合評標法和模糊聚類模型的不足,提出一種基于改進模糊ISODATA法的評標模型。該模型考慮指標權(quán)重對聚類的影響,引入模糊F統(tǒng)計量以確定合理分類,據(jù)此識別惡意打分專家,最后提出在棄除惡意評標專家打分的情況下,以聚類權(quán)重確定專家權(quán)重的方法改進傳統(tǒng)綜合評標法中專家權(quán)重相等的不合理之處。算例計算結(jié)果表明,該模型有效、合理,具有重要的應(yīng)用參考價值。
[Abstract]:A bid evaluation model based on improved fuzzy ISODATA method is proposed to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional comprehensive bid evaluation method and fuzzy clustering model. This model takes into account the influence of index weight on clustering and introduces fuzzy F statistics to determine the reasonable classification. Based on this, the malicious scoring experts are identified. At last, it is proposed to improve the irrationality of equal expert weight in traditional comprehensive bid evaluation method by using clustering weight to determine expert weight under the condition of abandoning malicious bid evaluation expert scoring. The calculation results show that the calculation results show that the expert weight is equal in the traditional comprehensive bid evaluation method. The model is effective and reasonable and has important reference value.
