厄瓜多爾CCS水電站發(fā)電機層氣流組織及特殊運行工況模擬

【摘要】:目前,,水電作為一種可持續(xù)發(fā)展的能源形式在國內(nèi)外水電中得到了快速發(fā)展,水電站的數(shù)量、規(guī)模不斷擴大。水電站一般位于地下,為了排除室內(nèi)各種電氣設備和發(fā)電機散入室內(nèi)的余熱、余濕,保證廠房的溫度、濕度和氣流速度在允許的范圍內(nèi),保障設備的安全運行和適宜的工作環(huán)境,這是水電站通風空調(diào)設計的主要任務。 西安建筑科技大學大學、黃河勘測規(guī)劃設計有限公司承擔了位于南美洲、氣候屬熱帶雨林氣候的厄瓜多爾CCS地下水電站通風空調(diào)理論分析研究與設計任務。 本文利用CFD技術對黃河勘測規(guī)劃設計有限公司初步提出的厄瓜多爾CCS地下水電站發(fā)電機層的氣流組織進行了數(shù)值模擬及分析,數(shù)值計算時采用標準k-兩方程模型、SIMPLE算法,壁面邊界條件采用標準壁面函數(shù),對不同送風速度,不同風口位置布置形成的廠房內(nèi)溫度場及氣流速度采用速度不均勻系數(shù)k v、溫度不均勻系數(shù)k t及能量利用系數(shù)、PPV—PPD指標和空氣分布特性指標ADPI評價指標進行了綜合評價對比,提出了適用于CCS水電站發(fā)電機層高大空間送風方式,送風高度及送風速度分別為4.5m和5m/s預期可以到達較好的通風效果。 研究了該水電站運行過程中可能遇到兩種特殊故障工況:主廠房空調(diào)系統(tǒng)停運的極端工況和水輪機壓氣發(fā)電工況情況的環(huán)境控制技術對策?照{(diào)停運時,夜間可以采用全通風方式的可行性;分別對1月、4月、7月和10月不同室外氣象條件工況進行了數(shù)值模擬。水輪機壓氣工況下,由于壓氣過程中產(chǎn)生的熱量散發(fā)洞內(nèi),造成洞內(nèi)冷負荷的顯著增加,模擬了故障工況下,主廠房溫度、速度及濕度狀況,并提出了技術對策。
[Abstract]:At present, hydropower, as a form of sustainable development of energy, has been developed rapidly at home and abroad, and the number and scale of hydropower stations are constantly expanding. The hydropower stations are generally located underground. In order to eliminate the residual heat and humidity of indoor electrical equipment and generators, to ensure that the temperature, humidity and airflow velocity of the plant are within the permitted range, and to ensure the safe operation of the equipment and a suitable working environment, This is the main task of ventilation and air conditioning design of hydropower station. Xi'an University of Architectural Science and Technology, Huanghe River Survey Planning and Design Co., Ltd. is responsible for the theoretical analysis and design of ventilation and air conditioning of CCS underground hydropower station in Ecuador, which is located in South America and has a tropical rain forest climate. In this paper, CFD technique is used to simulate and analyze the airflow distribution of generator layer of CCS underground hydropower station in Ecuador, which is initially proposed by Huanghe River Survey Planning and Design Co., Ltd. The standard k- two equation model and simple algorithm are used in the numerical calculation. The wall boundary condition is based on the standard wall function. The temperature field and airflow velocity formed by different tuyere positions are evaluated by using velocity inhomogeneity coefficient k _ v, temperature non-uniformity coefficient k _ t and energy utilization coefficient / PPV-PPD index and air distribution characteristic index (ADPI). This paper presents an air supply mode suitable for large space in generator layer of CCS Hydropower Station. The air supply height and velocity are 4.5 m and 5 m / s, respectively, and the ventilation effect is expected to be better. This paper studies two kinds of special malfunction conditions which may be encountered in the operation of the hydropower station: the extreme condition of shutdown of air conditioning system in main building and the environmental control technology countermeasure of hydraulic turbine pressurized air power generation condition, when the air conditioning is out of operation, The feasibility of adopting full ventilation at night, the numerical simulation of different outdoor meteorological conditions on January, April, July and July were carried out respectively. As a result, the cooling load in the tunnel is increased significantly, and the temperature, speed and humidity of the main powerhouse under the malfunction condition are simulated, and the technical countermeasures are put forward.
