大型供水系統(tǒng)節(jié)能方式及優(yōu)化運(yùn)行研究

【摘要】:節(jié)能降耗、低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)作為整個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),越來越多的被人們所重視起來。同時(shí),節(jié)能降耗也是實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的有效途徑,是我國(guó)有效利用能源發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)所需要遵循的重要原則。水利事業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支持功不可沒,作為耗能大戶的供水行業(yè),其對(duì)節(jié)能的重視程度也逐漸增加,“綠色水利”、“健康工程”等一系列概念被水利工作者相繼提出。由于我國(guó)水利資源分布不均勻,為滿足地區(qū)用水需求,大型供水工程越來越多,比較著名的有“南水北調(diào)”工程、“東水西調(diào)”工程、東深供水工程、山西省小浪底引黃工程、萬(wàn)家寨引黃工程等。大型供水工程作為調(diào)節(jié)水資源時(shí)空分布的系統(tǒng)工程,為工農(nóng)業(yè)以及居民生活的提供了水源支持;其在防洪、排澇、抗旱減災(zāi)等方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。山西為解決地區(qū)用水問題,對(duì)調(diào)水工程加大了投入力度,“大水網(wǎng)”的建設(shè)便是山西省對(duì)水資源利用統(tǒng)一建設(shè)、統(tǒng)一調(diào)度、統(tǒng)一管理的工作體現(xiàn),這些工程中有許多與小浪底引黃工程類似的規(guī)模較大的供水工程。在這些供水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與運(yùn)行之中,努力避免能源浪費(fèi),提高系統(tǒng)的用能效率,可以使供水工程節(jié)能經(jīng)濟(jì),對(duì)整山西地區(qū)乃至整個(gè)國(guó)家的節(jié)能減排工作有著不可估量的重要作用。 本研究以大型供水工程為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)影響其能量損耗的主要因素進(jìn)行分析,綜合考慮離心泵與管路選型、運(yùn)行調(diào)節(jié)方式等因素的組合,以系統(tǒng)效率高與年運(yùn)行費(fèi)用最小等為目標(biāo)函數(shù),提出供水工程的節(jié)能優(yōu)化手段,力求工程經(jīng)濟(jì)節(jié)能運(yùn)行,主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: (1)針對(duì)大型供水工程節(jié)能工作中存在的問題,著重從影響工程經(jīng)濟(jì)節(jié)能的幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)進(jìn)行研究,從管路合理設(shè)計(jì)、水泵優(yōu)化選型、優(yōu)化運(yùn)行調(diào)節(jié)等方面進(jìn)行研究,分別討論各要素對(duì)整個(gè)供水系統(tǒng)節(jié)能效果的影響。 (2)在合理確定供水工程工作點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)之上,以整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的效率最高、年運(yùn)行費(fèi)用最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù),建立供水系統(tǒng)管路優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)、水泵選型、優(yōu)化運(yùn)行調(diào)節(jié)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,通過對(duì)多方案組合結(jié)果的對(duì)比分析,以得到各個(gè)主要設(shè)計(jì)要素的最優(yōu)搭配方案,即工程的最優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案。 (3)利用SQL Server2000數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的強(qiáng)大處理功能,將工程中常用的水泵型號(hào)機(jī)組參數(shù)進(jìn)行錄入,結(jié)合Visual Basic6.0語(yǔ)言,將水泵選型、管路優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化運(yùn)行調(diào)節(jié)等子功能計(jì)算模型進(jìn)行組合,編寫出供水工程節(jié)能優(yōu)化計(jì)算軟件,以達(dá)到對(duì)不同設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)組合之間的快速計(jì)算,為供水工程優(yōu)化節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)提供良好的輔助計(jì)算支持。 (4)以吉縣東城提黃工程為研究算例,運(yùn)用供水工程節(jié)能優(yōu)化計(jì)算軟件對(duì)該工程節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行多種工況方案組合計(jì)算,以分析出最經(jīng)濟(jì)節(jié)能方案,并為工程的節(jié)能運(yùn)行提供優(yōu)化調(diào)節(jié)方法,力求提高工程應(yīng)對(duì)變化的處理能力。 本研究著重對(duì)使用離心泵機(jī)組的大型供水工程進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)于軸流泵、混流泵機(jī)組的優(yōu)化節(jié)能研究有待進(jìn)一步探討,本研究還提出在優(yōu)化節(jié)能中對(duì)太陽(yáng)能、水錘泵等新能源新技術(shù)的使用,但未來在供水工程中廣泛應(yīng)用還需學(xué)者們進(jìn)一步探討。
[Abstract]:Energy saving, low carbon economy as the economic and social development trend, more and more attention by people. At the same time, energy saving is the effective way to realize the sustainable development strategy of our country, our country is required to follow the economic construction of the effective use of energy development to support work principle. The development of water conservancy on national economy not, as the large energy consumption of water supply industry, the importance of energy conservation also increases, "green water", "health" is a series of concepts such as water conservancy workers have been put forward. Because of China's water resources distribution is not uniform, in order to meet the demand of water area, large water supply engineering become more and more the famous "south to North Water Diversion Project," east to west "project, dwss, Xiaolangdi Dam in Shanxi province Yellow River Diversion Project, the YRDP. Large scale water supply project as regulated System engineering of temporal and spatial distribution of water resources, industry and agriculture and the life of the residents provide water support; in flood control, drainage, plays an important role in drought mitigation and so on. In order to solve the water problem in Shanxi area, the water diversion project to increase investment, the construction of "flood network" is the unification of the water resources in Shanxi province the use of unified construction, unified management, scheduling, job performance, and there are many Xiaolangdi Dam River Diversion Project similar large-scale water supply project. These projects in the design and operation of the water supply system, to avoid the waste of energy, improve the efficiency of energy use, can make the water supply project of energy economy, plays an important role the whole area of Shanxi and the whole country's energy-saving emission reduction work.
In this study, a large-scale water supply project as the research object, the main factors affecting the energy loss are analyzed, considering the centrifugal pump and pipeline selection, combination of factors operating regulation mode, with high system efficiency and minimum annual operating cost as the objective function, put forward energy-saving optimization method of water supply project, and strive to project economic operation the main research contents are as follows:
(1) according to the existing energy-saving work in large-scale water supply project, focuses on several key points of Engineering Economic and energy saving, from the rational design of pipeline, pump selection optimization research, optimizing operation regulation, discuss the influence of each factor on the energy saving effect of the whole water supply system.
(2) on the basis of rational determination of water supply engineering work points above, to the whole system efficiency is the highest, the minimum annual cost as the objective function, the establishment of water supply pipeline optimization design, pump selection, optimal operation mathematical model of regulation, through the comparison of multiple combination analysis of the results, to get the optimal design of the main elements of each collocation scheme, engineering optimization design.
(3) using SQL Server2000 database powerful function of data processing, the commonly used model of pump unit parameters in engineering input, combined with Visual Basic6.0 language, the pump selection, pipeline optimization design, system optimization operation regulation function sub combination model, write out the water supply project of energy saving optimization calculation software, in order to achieve the fast the calculation between different combinations of design parameters, provide a good auxiliary calculation support for optimizing the energy saving design of water supply project.
(4) to Jixian Dongcheng mention Huang Engineering as the research example, the use of energy-saving water supply project optimization calculation software for various conditions combined calculation of energy saving design of the project, to identify the most economical energy saving scheme, and provide optimal regulation method for energy saving operation of the project, and strive to improve the ability of handling project to cope with change.
This study focuses on the use of large-scale water supply project for centrifugal pump, axial flow pump, mixed flow pump energy saving optimization research needs further study, this study also proposed in the optimization of solar energy, the use of water hammer pump and other new energy new technology, but the future is in water supply engineering is widely used in need of scholars further discussion.
