跨省互聯(lián)水電站群長期多目標(biāo)聯(lián)合優(yōu)化調(diào)度

【摘要】:西南特高壓直流水電與受端電網(wǎng)梯級水電構(gòu)成了非常復(fù)雜的跨省互聯(lián)水電系統(tǒng),面臨新的復(fù)雜協(xié)調(diào)優(yōu)化問題。為此,以溪—浙直流水電輸送工程為背景,提出一種跨省互聯(lián)水電站群多目標(biāo)聯(lián)合優(yōu)化調(diào)度方法。該方法建立了發(fā)電量最大和枯期典型日峰谷差率最小的多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型,并引入目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)換策略將原問題分解為多個不同峰谷差率約束的子問題;在求解過程中,根據(jù)流域間水文特性和調(diào)節(jié)性能差異實現(xiàn)電站分組和汛枯期分階段協(xié)調(diào)優(yōu)化,提出基于負(fù)荷重構(gòu)的直流約束處理策略,并與逐步優(yōu)化、動態(tài)規(guī)劃逐次逼近混合搜索算法相結(jié)合,實現(xiàn)模型高效求解。仿真調(diào)度實例表明,所提方法可充分利用送受兩端水文和發(fā)電特性差異,有效滿足電網(wǎng)長期電量和短期調(diào)峰需求。
[Abstract]:Southwest UHV DC hydropower and cascade hydropower of the receiving power network constitute a very complex inter-provincial interconnected hydropower system and face a new complex coordination optimization problem. A multi-objective joint optimal dispatching method for inter-provincial interconnected hydropower stations is proposed, which establishes a multi-objective optimization model with the maximum power generation and the minimum daily peak and valley differential rate in a typical dry period. The original problem is decomposed into several sub-problems with different peak-valley difference rate constraints, and in the process of solving the problem, according to the difference of hydrological characteristics and regulation performance between basins, the power station grouping and flood dry period are coordinated and optimized in different stages. A DC constraint processing strategy based on load reconfiguration is proposed and combined with stepwise optimization and dynamic programming successive approximation hybrid search algorithm to solve the model efficiently. The proposed method can make full use of the difference of hydrologic and generation characteristics between the two ends of the transmission line, and can effectively meet the long-term power supply and short-term peak-shaving demand of the power grid.
