理想均變率法及其在水庫群多目標(biāo)調(diào)度決策中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:針對多目標(biāo)非劣解集非凸時均衡解不唯一的問題,本文將均變率法和逼近理想點法耦合,形成一種新的多目標(biāo)決策方法—理想均變率法,同時對該方法的最佳均衡解的存在性及唯一性進行了嚴格的理論證明。以雅礱江流域錦官電源組的多目標(biāo)調(diào)度決策為例,分別對均變率法、逼近理想點法和理想均變率法進行了分析比較。結(jié)果表明理想均變率法不僅能得到滿足多目標(biāo)調(diào)度需求的最滿意方案,而且可以定性、定量地描述防洪、發(fā)電與生態(tài)三目標(biāo)間的相互轉(zhuǎn)換關(guān)系。該方法理論證明完備,且兼顧冒險型和保守型的決策方式,在實際工作中更易被決策者接受,為多目標(biāo)決策提供了一種新的有效的方法。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the non-convex equilibrium solution of multi-objective noninferior solution set is not unique, a new multi-objective decision method, ideal average variable rate method, is formed by coupling the mean variable rate method and the approximate ideal point method. At the same time, the existence and uniqueness of the optimal equilibrium solution of the method are proved in strict theory. Taking the multi-objective dispatching decision of the Jinguan power supply group in the Yalong River basin as an example, the average variable rate method is used respectively. The results show that the ideal average rate method can not only obtain the most satisfactory scheme to meet the needs of multi-objective operation, but also can describe the flood control qualitatively and quantitatively. This method has been proved to be complete in theory and has been accepted by decision makers in practical work by taking both risk and conservative types into account. It provides a new and effective method for multi-objective decision making.
