黃金峽水利樞紐工程大型水泵機(jī)組選型設(shè)計及運行調(diào)節(jié)研究

【摘要】:引漢濟(jì)渭工程黃金峽水利樞紐是陜西省境內(nèi)一項重要的大型跨流域調(diào)水工程,泵站裝機(jī)容量和設(shè)計流量均為目前國內(nèi)甚至亞洲在建和已建泵站之最,且調(diào)水過程復(fù)雜、調(diào)水流量分布范圍寬廣。在分析黃金峽泵站調(diào)度原則及運行方式的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合比較目前國內(nèi)外大型泵站機(jī)組設(shè)計制造水平、樞紐建筑物及機(jī)電設(shè)備投資等因素,詳細(xì)論證了大型單級單吸離心式水泵機(jī)組臺數(shù)和性能參數(shù)的確定方法及其影響因素,并給出了黃金峽泵站機(jī)組選型設(shè)計的最優(yōu)方案,同時論證了采用變頻調(diào)節(jié)的必要性及其效果。研究結(jié)果可為大型調(diào)水泵站機(jī)組的選型設(shè)計提供參考。
[Abstract]:Jinxia Water Conservancy Project is an important inter-basin water diversion project in Shaanxi Province. The installed capacity and design flow of pump station are the most in construction and construction in China and even in Asia, and the process of water transfer is complicated. On the basis of analyzing the dispatching principle and operation mode of Jinxia pump station, the design and manufacture level of large pumping station units at home and abroad, the investment of hub buildings and mechanical and electrical equipment, etc., are compared synthetically. The method of determining the number and performance parameters of a large single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump unit and its influencing factors are discussed in detail, and the optimal scheme for the selection and design of the unit type of the Jinxia pumping station is given. At the same time, the necessity and effect of adopting frequency conversion regulation are demonstrated, and the results can be used as a reference for the selection and design of large water transfer pumping station units.
