基于ALE方法的射流沖刷砂土和黏土的數(shù)值計(jì)算

【摘要】:疏浚工程中常采用射流沖刷的方式輔助切削土壤,但面對(duì)不同土質(zhì)時(shí)其效果差異較大。針對(duì)疏浚中常見的砂土和黏土兩種土質(zhì),采用ALE(Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian)方法對(duì)其射流沖刷過程進(jìn)行了數(shù)值計(jì)算,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了計(jì)算結(jié)果的有效性,比較了兩種土質(zhì)在射流沖刷下的坑深發(fā)展、沖坑形態(tài)和沖刷能耗。結(jié)果表明:兩種土質(zhì)的沖刷坑深在初始階段均線性增長(zhǎng),相同沖刷速度下黏土的發(fā)展速度較慢;兩種土質(zhì)的沖刷坑形均具有相似性,沖刷黏土獲得的坑形更為陡峭;隨著目標(biāo)坑深的增長(zhǎng),兩種土質(zhì)所需沖刷速度線性增加,獲得相同沖坑深度時(shí),黏土(剪切強(qiáng)度17 kPa)所需能耗達(dá)砂土的十多倍。
[Abstract]:In dredging engineering, the method of jet scouring is often used to assist soil cutting, but the effect is quite different in the face of different soil quality. In view of the two kinds of soil, sand and clay, which are commonly used in dredging, The ALE(Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian method is used to calculate the jet scour process. The validity of the calculation results is verified by experiments, and the pit depth development of two kinds of soil under jet scouring is compared. The results show that the depth of the scour pit increases linearly at the initial stage, and the clay develops slowly at the same scour velocity, and the scour pit shapes of the two kinds of soil are similar, the results show that the erosion pit depth of the two soils increases linearly at the initial stage, and the clay develops slowly at the same scour velocity. With the increase of the depth of the target pit, the scouring velocity of the two soils increases linearly, and the energy consumption of the clay (shear strength 17 KPA) is more than 10 times that of the sandy soil when the same depth of scouring pit is obtained.
