港區(qū)吹填軟土地基特性與工作區(qū)影響深度研究

【摘要】:大量港口建設(shè)對(duì)土地資源的需求日益迫切,通常采用吹填的方式進(jìn)行圍海造地。港口吹填地基在荷載作用下會(huì)產(chǎn)生較大的沉降。因此,控制港口地基工作區(qū)深度,防止其產(chǎn)生過(guò)大的變形,是圍海造陸工程中的重要研究課題。本文通過(guò)理論計(jì)算、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)及數(shù)值模擬的方法對(duì)吹填港區(qū)地基頂面當(dāng)量回彈模量值與地基的工作區(qū)深度進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究。 根據(jù)目前現(xiàn)有的常用地基工作區(qū)深度理論計(jì)算公式,采用當(dāng)量厚度法對(duì)Boussinesq公式計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行修正并以附加應(yīng)力與自重應(yīng)力的比值等于0.1對(duì)工作區(qū)深度進(jìn)行定義;計(jì)算得出港區(qū)不同鋪面結(jié)構(gòu)在設(shè)計(jì)荷載下優(yōu)化的砂墊層厚度。 針對(duì)港區(qū)軟土地基特性,設(shè)置現(xiàn)場(chǎng)承載板及壓實(shí)度試驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)地基回彈模量隨著砂墊層厚度增加而增加,當(dāng)砂墊層較薄時(shí),地基難以充分壓實(shí),地基回彈模量值較離散。通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)足尺試驗(yàn)對(duì)集裝箱荷載和拖掛車荷載工況下地基中的應(yīng)力進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,得出地基中的附加應(yīng)力值隨著荷載的增加而增加,且沿深度分布呈降低趨勢(shì)的規(guī)律,并得出不同鋪面在荷載下的地基工作區(qū)深度。 根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)采用有限差分軟件FLAC3D建立的模型進(jìn)行修正,著重研究了不同鋪面結(jié)構(gòu)在相應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)荷載作用下,地基中附加應(yīng)力、附加應(yīng)力與自重應(yīng)力比值、豎向應(yīng)變和側(cè)向位移等的分布規(guī)律,并得出規(guī)范荷載作用下不同鋪面類型的優(yōu)化砂墊層厚度表。 本文的研究成果可為《港口道路與堆場(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》的編制提供一定參考。
[Abstract]:The demand for land resources in a large number of port construction is becoming more and more urgent, and usually the method of reclamation is used to reclaim the land from the sea. Under the action of load, a large settlement will be produced on the foundation of the port. Therefore, the depth of the working area of the port foundation is controlled. The prevention of excessive deformation is an important research subject in land reclamation engineering. In situ test and numerical simulation method, the equivalent modulus of resilience of the top surface of the foundation and the depth of the working area of the foundation are systematically studied. According to the existing theoretical formulas for calculating the depth of the foundation working area, the equivalent thickness method is used to modify the calculation results of the Boussinesq formula and define the depth of the working area with the ratio of additional stress to gravity stress equal to 0.1. The optimum sand cushion thickness of different pavement structures in port area under design load is obtained. In view of the characteristics of soft soil foundation in port area, it is found that the elastic modulus of the foundation increases with the increase of the thickness of sand cushion, and when the sand cushion is thin, the foundation is difficult to be fully compacted. The elastic modulus of the foundation is discrete. The stress in the foundation under the loading condition of container load and towing vehicle is tested through the field full-scale test. It is concluded that the additional stress value in the foundation increases with the increase of the load. The distribution along the depth shows a decreasing trend, and the depth of the subgrade working area under different pavement loads is obtained. According to the field test results, the model established by finite difference software FLAC3D is modified, and the additional stress, the ratio of additional stress to gravity stress in the foundation of different pavement structures under the corresponding design load are studied emphatically. The distribution law of vertical strain and lateral displacement is obtained, and the optimized sand cushion thickness table with different pavement types under the action of code load is obtained. The research results of this paper can provide some reference for the compilation of Port Road and yard Design Code.
