【摘要】：針對(duì)水輪機(jī)導(dǎo)軸承工作環(huán)境復(fù)雜,測(cè)得信號(hào)摻雜噪聲給信號(hào)處理帶來(lái)困難的問(wèn)題,提出一種基于獨(dú)立分量分析的水輪機(jī)振動(dòng)信號(hào)的信噪分離方法,并通過(guò)信號(hào)仿真驗(yàn)證了該方法分離兩源混合信號(hào)(原始信號(hào)和噪聲)的準(zhǔn)確性。在此基礎(chǔ)上引入經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)B(tài)分解算法對(duì)采集振動(dòng)信號(hào)的噪聲分離,經(jīng)過(guò)仿真信號(hào)與實(shí)測(cè)信號(hào)分離的對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了所提方法在水力機(jī)械故障診斷方面的工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In view of the complex working environment of hydraulic turbine guide bearing and the difficulty of signal processing caused by the measured signal doping noise, a method of separation of signal and noise for turbine vibration signal based on independent component analysis is proposed. The accuracy of the method is verified by signal simulation. Based on this, empirical mode decomposition (EMD) algorithm is introduced to separate the noise of the collected vibration signal. The comparison between the simulated signal and the measured signal proves the engineering application value of the proposed method in hydraulic machinery fault diagnosis.
