【摘要】：正確確定水泵工況點(diǎn)是水泵優(yōu)化選型、泵站優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)以及泵站安全經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的必要條件。用離散點(diǎn)描述離心泵流量與揚(yáng)程性能曲線,非離散點(diǎn)的水泵性能參數(shù)采用三次樣條插值獲得。根據(jù)水力學(xué)原理建立了求解離心泵單泵運(yùn)行、并聯(lián)運(yùn)行和串聯(lián)運(yùn)行工況點(diǎn)方程組,給出了采用數(shù)值方法的二分法的計(jì)算步驟。提出了求解離心泵運(yùn)行工況點(diǎn)的一種新方法。以某供水工程取水泵站為例,利用MATLAB編程求解,得到正常工作時(shí)4口井12臺(tái)同型號(hào)潛水泵并聯(lián)運(yùn)行的工況點(diǎn)。算例表明提出的離心泵運(yùn)行工況點(diǎn)數(shù)值計(jì)算方法是可行的。
[Abstract]:Determining the pump working point correctly is the necessary condition for the optimal selection of the pump, the optimal design of the pump station and the safe and economical operation of the pump station. The discrete points are used to describe the flow rate and lift performance curve of the centrifugal pump. The pump performance parameters of non-discrete points are obtained by cubic spline interpolation. According to the hydraulics principle, the equations of single pump operation, parallel operation and series operation of centrifugal pump are established. The calculation steps of dichotomy using numerical method are given. A new method to solve the operating point of centrifugal pump is proposed. Taking a water pumping station of a water supply project as an example, the solution is solved by MATLAB programming. The operating conditions of 12 submersible pumps of the same type in 4 wells in normal operation are obtained. The numerical calculation results show that the proposed numerical calculation method for the operating conditions of centrifugal pumps is feasible.
