【摘要】：收集研究區(qū)域內(nèi)雨量站歷年降水量資料,水文站歷年徑流系列資料以及歷年最大洪峰流量、洪水總量成果資料及西土溝敦煌沙漠水文實(shí)驗(yàn)研究站實(shí)測(cè)水文資料,調(diào)查該區(qū)域內(nèi)洪水溝道的歷史最大洪水。用水文學(xué)原理和方法對(duì)洪峰流量和洪水總量變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,結(jié)合敦煌西土溝流域?yàn)?zāi)害綜合治理工程實(shí)施情況估算區(qū)域水資源可利用量,提出沙漠洪水資源開發(fā)利用新模式。結(jié)果表明:西土溝流域洪水災(zāi)害綜合治理工程的實(shí)施探索出導(dǎo)流+分洪+工程防護(hù)的洪水資源開發(fā)利用模式、攔蓄洪水產(chǎn)生地下徑流利用模式和沙漠冷水虹鱒魚養(yǎng)殖到葡萄種植的區(qū)域水資源重復(fù)利用模式;有效遏制了研究區(qū)內(nèi)沙漠的進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)并可顯著增加流域內(nèi)可利用水資源量,實(shí)現(xiàn)了區(qū)域生態(tài)治理與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的良性循環(huán)。
[Abstract]:Collecting precipitation data of past years at rainfall stations in the study area, runoff series data of hydrologic stations over the years, maximum Hong Feng discharge over the years, total flood data and hydrological data measured at Xitugou Dunhuang Desert Hydrological Experimental Research Station, This paper investigates the history of the largest flood in the flood channel in this area. The principle and method of water literature are used to analyze the variation law of Hong Feng's discharge and total flood quantity. Combined with the implementation of the comprehensive disaster management project in the Xitugou watershed of Dunhuang, the available amount of regional water resources is estimated. A new model for the exploitation and utilization of desert flood resources is put forward. The results show that the flood resources exploitation and utilization mode of flood diversion and flood diversion engineering protection is explored by the implementation of comprehensive flood disaster control project in Xitugou watershed. The groundwater runoff utilization model and the regional water resources reuse model of cold water rainbow trout cultivation to grape cultivation in desert can effectively restrain the further development of desert in the study area and can significantly increase the amount of available water resources in the basin. The benign circle of regional ecological governance and economic development has been realized.
