【摘要】：針對大壩安全監(jiān)測的技術(shù)要求,設(shè)計并研制了一套基于鉛垂線原理的大壩水平位移測量系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)以光柵尺、激光發(fā)射和接收器、減速電機為主要運動部件,以性能強大的ARM內(nèi)核芯片為主控制器,采用大屏幕LCD為人機交互界面,實現(xiàn)對大壩水平橫向和縱向的精確測量。該系統(tǒng)還具有人工手動實時測量、定時自動測量的功能,可以通過485總線上傳測試結(jié)果到總控制中心進行顯示和分析。實驗結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)具有精度高、成本低、誤差小的優(yōu)點。
[Abstract]:According to the technical requirements of dam safety monitoring, a dam horizontal displacement measurement system based on the principle of lead vertical line is designed and developed. The main moving parts of the system are grating ruler, laser emission and receiver, and deceleration motor. With the powerful ARM core chip as the main controller and the large screen LCD as the man-machine interactive interface, the system can accurately measure the horizontal, horizontal and longitudinal direction of the dam. The system also has the functions of manual real-time measurement and automatic timing measurement. The test results can be uploaded to the main control center for display and analysis by 485 bus. The experimental results show that the system has the advantages of high precision, low cost and low error.
