某高新區(qū)生態(tài)水系補水方案研究

【摘要】:城市水資源是城市建設(shè)和發(fā)展中不可或缺的重要因素,是人民生活安全的保障。城市生態(tài)水系的建設(shè),不僅能美化城市環(huán)境,而且起到了維持生態(tài)平衡及防洪排澇等作用,對促進生態(tài)文明城市的發(fā)展建設(shè)具有重要意義。本文以青島高新區(qū)生態(tài)水系為研究對象,根據(jù)區(qū)域概況及周邊可利用水源的調(diào)查分析,展開了對該城區(qū)生態(tài)水系需水量的預(yù)測及補水方案的研究。 在研究過程中,本文首先對高新區(qū)的概況(地理區(qū)位、自然概況、生態(tài)水系規(guī)劃)及周邊水資源現(xiàn)狀(水量、水質(zhì)方面)進行了調(diào)查分析,為后續(xù)生態(tài)水系需水量的預(yù)測及補水方案的研究提供基礎(chǔ)資料。接著,本文研究設(shè)計了高新區(qū)生態(tài)水系建設(shè)的總體思路(高新區(qū)生態(tài)水系優(yōu)先利用區(qū)域雨水徑流,其他補水水源進行水量和水質(zhì)比較,選用投資少、水質(zhì)優(yōu)良、水量有保證的最優(yōu)補水方案),并確定了生態(tài)水系需水量的計算方法,即吞吐湖生態(tài)需水計算方法,運用該方法對高新區(qū)近、遠期生態(tài)水系進行了水量平衡計算,得到不同降水保證率下高新區(qū)生態(tài)水系的需水量,為后續(xù)高新區(qū)生態(tài)水系補水方案的選擇提供了重要依據(jù)。然后,本文根據(jù)高新區(qū)不同發(fā)展時段生態(tài)水系的預(yù)測需水量及發(fā)展規(guī)劃,對高新區(qū)區(qū)域及周邊可利用水源(雨水蓄集、洪江河客水資源、桃源河客水資源、墨水河客水資源、大沽河客水資源和再生水資源等)進行了補水方案的可行性研究及對比分析,最終推薦最優(yōu)補水方案,,即近期生態(tài)水系采用大沽河南莊橡膠壩攔蓄水源進行補水;遠期生態(tài)水系采用上馬和出口加工區(qū)兩處污水處理廠再生水進行補水,大沽河南莊橡膠壩水源作為應(yīng)急補水水源。最后,本文對高新區(qū)生態(tài)水系補水方案進行了評價,其建成運行后所帶來的經(jīng)濟效益和環(huán)境效益是非常顯著的。
[Abstract]:Urban water resources are an indispensable and important factor in urban construction and development, and guarantee the safety of people's lives. The construction of urban ecological water system can not only beautify the urban environment, but also maintain ecological balance and flood control and drainage. It is of great significance to promote the development and construction of ecological civilization city. This paper takes the ecological water system of Qingdao High-tech Development Zone as the research object, according to the regional situation and the investigation and analysis of the available water sources around it. The prediction of the water demand of the ecological water system and the study of the water supply scheme are carried out in this paper. In the course of the research, this paper first makes an investigation and analysis on the general situation of high-tech zones (geographical location, natural situation, ecological water system planning) and the surrounding water resources status (water quantity, water quality). This paper provides basic data for the prediction of water demand of ecological water system and the study of water supply scheme. Then, this paper studies and designs the general idea of ecological water system construction in high-tech zone (the ecological water system of high-tech zone preferentially uses regional runoff, For comparison of water quantity and water quality in other water supply sources, the optimal water supply scheme with less investment, good water quality and guaranteed quantity of water is selected, and the calculation method of water demand of ecological water system, I. e., the calculation method of ecological water demand of Lake Huantuhu is determined. The method is used to calculate the water balance of the near and long term ecological water system of the high and new technology zone, and the water demand of the ecological water system of the high and new technology zone is obtained under different rainfall guarantee rates, which provides an important basis for the selection of the water supply scheme of the ecological water system in the following high and new technology zones. According to the forecast water demand and development plan of ecological water system in different development periods of high and new technology zone, this paper makes use of water resources (Rain Water storage, Hongjiang river guest water resources, Taoyuan river guest water resources, ink river guest water resources, ink river water resources, etc. The feasibility study and comparative analysis of the water supply scheme are carried out, and the optimal water supply scheme is recommended, that is, the ecological system uses the rubber dam of Dagu river to replenish water in the near future. In the long term, the reclaimed water of two sewage treatment plants in Shangma and export processing zone is used to recharge water, and the water source of rubber dam in Dagu Hen Zhuang is used as the emergency water source. Finally, the paper evaluates the scheme of water supply for ecological water system in high and new technology zone. The economic and environmental benefits brought by its completion and operation are very remarkable.
