水電站混凝土面板堆石壩冰磧礫巖沖擊碾壓填筑工藝試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:近三十年內(nèi),隨著工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)、運(yùn)輸?shù)阮I(lǐng)域?qū)λ姷男枨笾饾u增大,堆石壩的數(shù)量越來越多,壩體的高度也越來越高。眾所周知,隨著堆石壩壩體的增高,控制其變形的難度也越來越大。因此,為控制壩體的變形,協(xié)調(diào)兩岸與壩體的變形,防止出現(xiàn)過大沉降或不均勻沉降,優(yōu)選筑壩材料和施工方法就顯得尤為重要。本課題研究中涉及的某水電站混凝土面板堆石壩最大壩高219.0m,在國內(nèi)外目前屬特高型壩,根據(jù)初步的技術(shù)與經(jīng)濟(jì)方案比較,在可研階段試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,決定采用離壩址不遠(yuǎn)的栗山坡料場的冰磧礫巖為壩體堆石料,碾壓方式采用沖擊碾壓。物理室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,冰磧礫巖基本物理力學(xué)特性滿足筑壩堆石料的要求。 采用冰磧礫巖作為堆石壩堆石料,在國內(nèi)外目前尚屬首例,無實(shí)踐工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)可借鑒。且據(jù)規(guī)范要求:“對特別高的壩,或筑壩材料性質(zhì)特殊,已有經(jīng)驗(yàn)不能覆蓋的情況,其填筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)作專門論證!币虼,為取得合理的填筑碾壓參數(shù),特進(jìn)行了本課題的試驗(yàn)研究工作。本次冰磧礫巖沖擊碾壓專項(xiàng)試驗(yàn),共選擇3大場,每場次合理布置填筑材料鋪筑厚度控制點(diǎn)和沉降測量控制點(diǎn),灑水量為15%,并通過現(xiàn)場的顆粒級配試驗(yàn)、密度試驗(yàn)、含水率試驗(yàn)、滲透試驗(yàn)和沉降量觀測,求得不同碾壓遍數(shù)下填筑材料的顆粒級配、干密度、含水率、滲透系數(shù)和沉降量,并通過這些數(shù)據(jù)的對比,得出填筑材料碾壓前、后的顆粒級配對比關(guān)系圖和碾壓后干密度、滲透系數(shù)、沉降量與碾壓遍數(shù)的關(guān)系及其曲線圖。最終,在干密度和滲透系數(shù)滿足堆石壩壩體設(shè)計(jì)要求的情況下,確定了冰磧礫巖沖擊碾壓施工參數(shù)。
[Abstract]:In the past 30 years, with the increasing demand for water conservancy and hydropower in the fields of industry, agriculture and transportation, the quantity of rockfill dams is increasing, and the height of rockfill dams is becoming higher and higher. As we all know, with the increase of rockfill dam body. Therefore, in order to control the deformation of the dam body, coordinate the deformation between the two sides of the dam and the dam body to prevent excessive or uneven settlement. It is very important to select the construction material and construction method. The maximum dam height of concrete face rockfill dam of a hydropower station involved in this subject is 219.0m. at present, it belongs to super high dam at home and abroad. According to the comparison of preliminary technical and economic schemes and on the basis of the experimental results of the study stage, it is decided that moraine conglomerates of the Li-hillside material range not far from the dam site will be used as the dam body rockfill materials. The physical laboratory test results show that the basic physical and mechanical properties of moraine conglomerate can meet the requirements of rockfill. Using moraine conglomerate as rockfill material of rockfill dam is the first case at home and abroad, and no practical engineering experience can be used for reference. If the experience can not be covered, the filling standard should be specially demonstrated. "therefore, in order to obtain reasonable filling rolling parameters." The experiment and research work of this subject has been carried out in particular. In this special experiment of impact rolling of moraine conglomerate, three large fields are selected, and each site reasonably arranges the control points of the thickness of filling materials and the control points of settlement measurement. The particle gradation, dry density and moisture content of the filling materials under different rolling times were obtained by particle gradation test, density test, water content test, penetration test and settlement observation. Through the comparison of these data, the relationship diagram of particle gradation before and after compaction and the dry density and permeability coefficient after compaction are obtained. Finally, under the condition that dry density and permeability coefficient meet the design requirements of rockfill dam body, the parameters of impact rolling construction of moraine conglomerate are determined.
