以抽水蓄能電站為主要調頻手段的電網(wǎng)AGC控制策略

【摘要】:以抽水蓄能電站為主要調頻手段的多源電力系統(tǒng)發(fā)電調度策略的研究,旨在提高電力系統(tǒng)頻率控制質量和保障電力系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟性與穩(wěn)定性。對水電機組動態(tài)特性及機組組合問題進行分析,建立了以充分發(fā)揮抽水蓄能電站調節(jié)能力、限制火電出力、快速實現(xiàn)區(qū)域控制偏差(ACE)調節(jié)至零為目的,兼顧火電煤耗經(jīng)濟目標與系統(tǒng)調差時間最短目標,綜合考慮庫容、機組出力限制等實際問題的約束處理的決策模型。算法實現(xiàn)過程中,引入時間權重W值,將多目標轉化為單目標進行尋優(yōu)處理;通過權值W的動態(tài)調整,可實現(xiàn)多源電力系統(tǒng)時間指標與經(jīng)濟指標控制比重的靈活調整。 綜合考慮現(xiàn)代電力系統(tǒng)新能源并網(wǎng)趨勢,風電機組功率偏差被納入?yún)^(qū)域控制偏差(ACE)信號組成結構,提出了風電透極限功率分區(qū)控制與AGC容量調整的思路,并建立風電擾動、火電-抽蓄機組調節(jié)的發(fā)電控制系統(tǒng)模型。研究了計及風電擾動的ACE模型下的多源電力AGC系統(tǒng),仿真證明新系統(tǒng)在抑制較大功率波動方面較傳統(tǒng)AGC系統(tǒng)具有相對更好的頻率控制效果。
[Abstract]:Research on Generation scheduling Strategy of Multi-source Power system with pumped Storage Power Station as the main FM method. In order to improve the quality of frequency control in power system and ensure the economy and stability of power system, the dynamic characteristics of hydropower unit and the problems of unit combination are analyzed, and the regulating ability of pumped storage power station is established. The purpose of limiting thermal power output and realizing regional control deviation adjustment to zero is to take into account the economic goal of coal consumption of thermal power and the shortest time of system adjustment, and to consider the storage capacity synthetically. Decision model for constrained processing of practical problems such as generating force limitation. In the process of implementation of the algorithm, the time weight W value is introduced, and the multi-objective is transformed into single objective for optimization processing. Through dynamic adjustment of weight W, the control proportion of time index and economic index of multi-source power system can be adjusted flexibly. Considering the trend of grid connection of new energy in modern power system, the power deviation of wind turbine is incorporated into the structure of ACE-signal. The paper puts forward the idea of district control of wind power permeable limit power and AGC capacity adjustment, and establishes wind power disturbance. The power generation control system model of thermal power pumped storage unit. The multi-source power AGC system based on ACE model with wind disturbance is studied. Simulation results show that the new system has a better frequency control effect than the traditional AGC system in restraining large power fluctuations.
