【摘要】：港口航道通過能力是反映航道適航程度的客觀指標(biāo)，是港口服務(wù)水平以及核心競爭力的重要體現(xiàn)。當(dāng)前，航道通過能力已經(jīng)成為制約大型港口經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的瓶頸之一，因此確定航道通過能力計算分析方法具有重要意義。港口航行作業(yè)系統(tǒng)是典型的離散事件系統(tǒng)，用傳統(tǒng)數(shù)學(xué)分析方法很難真實地反映港口運營過程中各要素的隨機動態(tài)變化。計算機仿真技術(shù)為研究這類隨機、動態(tài)、復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)問題提供了有效方法。仿真過程通過修改和調(diào)整模型參數(shù)可以重復(fù)試驗，并可實時觀察修改帶來的影響。 本文采用Simio仿真軟件進行建模，以“面向?qū)ο蟆钡慕Ｋ季S取代“面向過程”和“面向事件”的傳統(tǒng)建模方式，在一定程度上簡化了建模過程，并且在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對象庫和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)過程的基礎(chǔ)上，通過修改對象屬性、為對象增減過程，得到具有特定行為的對象。在對港口航行作業(yè)系統(tǒng)進行分析的基礎(chǔ)上，，基于Simio仿真平臺建立了可視化的港口航行作業(yè)系統(tǒng)仿真模型。 用天津港2004年的實際資料驗證模型的可靠性；在此基礎(chǔ)上，針對天津港2011年實際資料，通過修改仿真參數(shù)，分別討論了不同通航方式（雙向航道和復(fù)式航道）、船舶進港優(yōu)先度以及裝卸效率條件下，船流密度對通過航道貨物量、港口服務(wù)水平AWT/AST、AWT的影響。為真實、客觀預(yù)報港口航道通過能力提供了一種新方法。
[Abstract]:Port waterway capacity is an objective index to reflect the navigable degree of waterway, and it is an important embodiment of port service level and core competitiveness. Waterway passing capacity has become one of the bottlenecks restricting the economic development of large ports, so it is of great significance to determine the calculation and analysis method of channel passing capacity. Port navigation operation system is a typical discrete event system. It is very difficult to reflect the random dynamic change of every element in the process of port operation by using the traditional mathematical analysis method. The computer simulation technology is used to study this kind of random and dynamic. Complex system problems provide an effective method. By modifying and adjusting the parameters of the model, the simulation process can repeat the experiment and observe the effect of the modification in real time. In this paper, Simio simulation software is used to model, and the traditional modeling method of "process-oriented" and "event-oriented" is replaced by Object-Oriented Modeling thinking, which simplifies the modeling process to a certain extent. And on the basis of the standard object library and standard process, by modifying the object attributes, the object with specific behavior can be obtained by modifying the object attributes. On the basis of the analysis of the port navigation operation system. A visual simulation model of port navigation system is established based on Simio simulation platform. The reliability of the model is verified by the actual data of Tianjin Port in 2004. On this basis, according to the actual data of Tianjin Port in 2011, by modifying the simulation parameters, the different navigation modes (two-way channel and duplex channel, ship entry priority and loading and unloading efficiency) are discussed respectively. The influence of ship flow density on the cargo volume and port service level AWT-AST AWT provides a new method for real and objective prediction of port waterway transit capacity.
