【摘要】：湖泊是城市水體的重要組成部分,其滯蓄、錯峰調(diào)節(jié)河川洪水的功能在流域防洪與城市排澇體系中具有重要作用。在當(dāng)下雨洪管理、海綿城市發(fā)展建設(shè)的浪潮中,城市湖泊作為滯、蓄洪區(qū)的同時,也可以滿足居民休閑娛樂的功能從而作為綜合性公園的屬性,在流域綜合管理、城市區(qū)域規(guī)劃與海綿城市規(guī)劃中具有特殊的戰(zhàn)略意義。本文以福州市井店湖雨洪調(diào)蓄公園為研究對象,以雨洪調(diào)蓄和城市蓄洪區(qū)綠地相關(guān)理論與方法為基本依據(jù),在區(qū)域上位規(guī)劃的基礎(chǔ)前提下,對井店湖在不同重現(xiàn)期下的調(diào)蓄容量、淹沒范圍進(jìn)行分析與研究,嘗試探索利用城市蓄洪區(qū)打造具有休閑娛樂功能的綜合性公園設(shè)計之原理與方法。本文首先從城市化進(jìn)程、極端天氣與其他因素對城市洪澇問題的影響進(jìn)行剖析,在城市雨洪管理與"構(gòu)建海綿城市"的大背景下,了解通過城市蓄洪區(qū)對上游河川洪水的滯蓄與錯峰調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制來緩解下游洪澇災(zāi)害的思路,加上公園綠地為居民提供休閑娛樂的固有屬性,提出利用城市蓄洪區(qū)在滿足調(diào)蓄洪水功能的同時兼具休閑娛樂綜合性公園的研究方向。然后通過對國內(nèi)外雨洪調(diào)蓄研究的進(jìn)展與相關(guān)案例的分析,探索適合本研究對象的規(guī)劃設(shè)計方法。最后以福州市井店湖作為設(shè)計實踐對象,對井店湖作為蓄洪區(qū)以及應(yīng)賦予景觀功能的問題上進(jìn)行分析并解決相關(guān)問題,分別對場地總體布局、分區(qū)、豎向、水域、道路、植被與局部節(jié)點進(jìn)行設(shè)計,并對論文的最終成果與應(yīng)用價值進(jìn)行總結(jié)與展望。
[Abstract]:Lake is an important part of urban water body. Its function of regulating river flood by staggered peak plays an important role in flood control and urban drainage system. In the wave of sponge city development and construction, urban lakes, as stagnant and flood storage areas, can also meet the recreational and recreational functions of residents so as to be the attributes of comprehensive parks and integrated management in watersheds. Urban regional planning and sponge urban planning have special strategic significance. This paper takes Jingdian Lake Rain Flood Storage Park in Fuzhou as the research object. Based on the theories and methods of rainwater storage and urban flood storage, the storage capacity and submerged range of Jingdian Lake in different recurrence periods are analyzed and studied on the basis of regional upper planning. This paper attempts to explore the principles and methods of making use of urban flood storage areas to create a comprehensive park with recreational functions. Firstly, this paper starts with the process of urbanization. This paper analyzes the influence of extreme weather and other factors on urban flood and waterlogging, under the background of urban rain flood management and "building sponge city". To understand the urban flood storage area to the upstream river flood regulation mechanism to alleviate the flood disaster in the downstream, plus the park green space for residents to provide leisure and entertainment inherent attributes. This paper puts forward the research direction of using urban flood storage area as well as recreation and recreation comprehensive park while satisfying the function of flood regulation. Then through the research progress of rain flood regulation and storage at home and abroad and the analysis of relevant cases. Finally, take Jingdian Lake in Fuzhou as the design practice object, analyze and solve the related problems about Jingdian Lake as flood storage area and should be endowed with landscape function. The overall layout, zoning, vertical, water area, road, vegetation and local nodes of the site are designed respectively, and the final results and application value of the paper are summarized and prospected.
