基于熱-結(jié)構(gòu)耦合的含水疏松砂巖隧洞凍結(jié)施工數(shù)值分析

【摘要】:【目的】針對(duì)含水疏松砂巖凍結(jié)法施工問題,對(duì)凍結(jié)帷幕進(jìn)行應(yīng)力應(yīng)變分析,為同類巖土的施工和設(shè)計(jì)提供依據(jù),也為凍結(jié)法施工多場(chǎng)耦合數(shù)值模擬奠定基礎(chǔ)。【方法】以甘肅引洮一期工程7#隧洞為例,在綜合考慮隧洞掘進(jìn)對(duì)溫度場(chǎng)、位移場(chǎng)和應(yīng)力場(chǎng)影響的基礎(chǔ)上,依托熱學(xué)理論及有限元分析軟件ANSYS,對(duì)隧洞進(jìn)行熱-結(jié)構(gòu)耦合三維數(shù)值模擬分析!窘Y(jié)果】通過對(duì)隧洞進(jìn)行熱-結(jié)構(gòu)耦合三維數(shù)值模擬分析,得到隧洞凍結(jié)與開挖過程中凍結(jié)帷幕厚度為3.3m,溫度場(chǎng)平均溫度為-13.3℃,凍土帷幕最大沉降量為2.46mm,滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求;同時(shí)通過對(duì)最危險(xiǎn)斷面的應(yīng)力與應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行對(duì)比,得到Y(jié)方向應(yīng)力和切應(yīng)力安全系數(shù)分別為5.57和7.95,大于規(guī)范中供設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)的最大參考值2.0!窘Y(jié)論】對(duì)于含水疏松砂巖凍結(jié)法施工,溫度和結(jié)構(gòu)具有相關(guān)性,熱-結(jié)構(gòu)耦合分析相比結(jié)構(gòu)分析和熱應(yīng)力分析精確度更高。
[Abstract]:[objective] to analyze the stress and strain of freezing curtain in order to provide basis for the construction and design of similar rock and soil. It also lays a foundation for the numerical simulation of multi-field coupling in freezing construction. [methods] taking the first phase of Gansu Tao diversion Project as an example, the influence of tunnel excavation on temperature field, displacement field and stress field is considered comprehensively. Based on the thermal theory and finite element analysis software ANSYS, the thermal-structural coupling three-dimensional numerical simulation of the tunnel is carried out. [results] through the tunnel thermal-structural coupling three-dimensional numerical simulation analysis.
