季節(jié)性水電外送曲線優(yōu)化模型與算法研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),季節(jié)性水電問(wèn)題困擾著部分水電比重較大的省份。如果找不到消納市場(chǎng),季節(jié)性水電電能將被迫以棄水的形式浪費(fèi)掉,嚴(yán)重影響水電站經(jīng)濟(jì)利益的同時(shí)也將造成能源資源的巨大浪費(fèi)?偨Y(jié)了季節(jié)性水電的特點(diǎn)和成因,分析了幾種可能的季節(jié)性水電消納途徑,提出了一種以最大化利用季節(jié)性水電及送受端聯(lián)合系統(tǒng)火電發(fā)電量最省為優(yōu)化目標(biāo)的季節(jié)性水電外送消納模型,并通過(guò)算例驗(yàn)證了模型和優(yōu)化算法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, seasonal hydropower problems have troubled some provinces with a large proportion of hydropower. If the market is not found, seasonal hydropower power will be forced to waste in the form of abandoned water. Seriously affecting the economic interests of hydropower stations will also cause a huge waste of energy resources. This paper summarizes the characteristics and causes of seasonal hydropower and analyzes several possible ways of seasonal hydropower consumption. This paper presents a seasonal hydroelectricity output-absorption model with the aim of maximizing the use of seasonal hydropower and the maximum saving of thermal power generation in the power supply and receiving system. The effectiveness of the model and the optimization algorithm is verified by a numerical example.
