【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)的區(qū)域水資源配置以水量配置為主,存在的指標單一、評價重量輕質(zhì)、忽視水質(zhì)潛在效應(yīng)及缺乏水質(zhì)調(diào)控方案等問題;以統(tǒng)籌水資源、社會經(jīng)濟、生態(tài)環(huán)境三大系統(tǒng)的水資源全要素配置為指導,通過水量水質(zhì)聯(lián)合配置得出配置方案集;將可變模糊清晰集應(yīng)用于方案集評價,構(gòu)建了基于指標區(qū)間優(yōu)選法的評價模型,該模型包括水資源配置中指標級別區(qū)間的構(gòu)建及評價。經(jīng)山東省鄒城市2030年水資源配置方案實證分析表明:山東省鄒城市2030年水資源配置方案集級別特征值區(qū)間為[2.5,3.5],水資源可持續(xù)利用程度處于良好與及格之間,評價模型實用性成果顯著。
[Abstract]:The traditional allocation of regional water resources is based on the allocation of water quantity, which has the problems of single index, light weight evaluation, ignoring the potential effect of water quality and lack of water quality regulation and control scheme. Under the guidance of overall allocation of water resources, social economy and ecological environment, the allocation scheme set is obtained through the joint allocation of water quantity and water quality. The variable fuzzy clear set is applied to the evaluation of the scheme set, and the evaluation model based on the index interval optimization method is constructed. The model includes the construction and evaluation of the index level interval in water resources allocation. The empirical analysis of water resources allocation scheme in Zoucheng City of Shandong Province in 2030 shows that:. In 2030, the eigenvalue range of water resources allocation scheme in Zoucheng City, Shandong Province was as follows:. [The degree of sustainable utilization of water resources is between good and qualified, and the practical results of the evaluation model are remarkable.
