【摘要】:最近幾年,有專家提出沖填砂漿結(jié)石筑壩技術(shù),是對漿砌石筑壩技術(shù)的一種革新。概括起來即為,利用混合砂漿自身的重力、流動性、沖擊力來將事先攪拌好的,按要求配比的流動性混合砂漿灌入事先攤平好的毛石料上,使砂漿自由流入毛石之間的空隙中去,來完成結(jié)石體的快速堆砌。此種簡單有效的施工方法的工作關(guān)鍵有兩個方面:1)為了保證混合砂漿和塊石具有良好的整體性能,必須盡可能避免在混合砂漿在沖填過程中產(chǎn)生氣泡或留有空隙,保證砂漿和骨料不離析,砂漿可以自由流動在骨料之間的縫隙中,達到?jīng)_填密實效果。2)為了滿足混合砂漿和骨料塊石之間的力學(xué)性能和強度大小要求,必須充分保證塊石與混合漿的界面具有良好的粘結(jié)性。本文通過對堆石體和混合砂漿的各自性能特點以及發(fā)揮材料各自的優(yōu)勢,提出了沖填砂漿結(jié)實施工技術(shù)。改變了原材料的利用方式,必定會對其各方面性能要有新的了解,所以本文對沖填砂漿結(jié)石施工技術(shù)主要進行了以下幾個方面的具體試驗。首先進行了沖填砂漿結(jié)石施工技術(shù)混合砂漿的材料配比試驗:在滿足膠凝材料總量不變的前提下,通過改變粉煤灰的摻量(0%、20%、30%、40%、60%)和水膠比的情況下,設(shè)計出15組試驗,其中有3組為不摻和粉煤灰的對照試驗。通過對砂漿的基礎(chǔ)試驗初步總結(jié)出粉煤灰摻量和水膠比對混合砂漿性能的影響,從混合砂漿的抗壓強度、保水性、以及流動性三方面綜合考慮,選出五組符合沖填砂漿結(jié)石施工技術(shù)性能要求的混合砂漿配合比,其中有一組是不摻和粉煤灰的對比試驗。其次選用以上五組混合砂漿的配比,模擬沖填砂漿現(xiàn)場沖入結(jié)石體的過程。在實驗室內(nèi),利用裝入塊石的玻璃箱來代替室外沖填環(huán)境的沖填試驗。試驗初步證明混合砂漿在堆石體中是可以滿足沖填結(jié)石要求的。通過試驗可以進一步確定強度滿足要求、砂漿流動性好、經(jīng)濟的最佳的砂漿配合比。最后選用一組配比進行不同骨料粒徑的結(jié)實體抗壓強度試驗,將第8組混合砂漿灌入裝有不同粒徑塊石的尺寸為200mm×200mm×200mm的試模中養(yǎng)護28d形成沖填砂漿結(jié)石體,利用WAW-2000D型壓力機做結(jié)石體的抗壓強度試驗,分別檢測結(jié)石體試塊的抗壓強度。通過本文的研究可以得出如下結(jié)論:1)當(dāng)水膠比為試驗所用的三種梯度,粉煤灰摻量為20%、30%、40%、60%其混合砂漿的稠度均滿足沖填要求。且當(dāng)粉煤灰摻量為40%、60%時其試塊強度等級小于lOMP,不滿足設(shè)計強度為10MP以上的要求,暫時不做考慮。2)從砂漿的流動性,抗壓強度,保水性,經(jīng)濟因素,環(huán)境等方面考慮選擇粉煤灰摻量為30%為最優(yōu)。最優(yōu)一組砂漿沖填在塊石中,形成的結(jié)實體強度大約是此砂漿試塊強度的1.3倍。3)在粉煤灰摻量相同的條件下,混合砂漿的稠度隨著水膠比的增大而變大,混合砂漿的抗壓強度隨著水膠比的增加呈降低趨勢,分層度則逐漸變;在水膠比相同的條件下,隨著粉煤灰摻量的增加,混合砂漿的稠度在不斷增大,立方體的抗壓強度逐漸減小。4)結(jié)實體塊石粒徑對其強度也稍有影響,粒徑越大強度也在變大。
