【摘要】:工程進(jìn)度控制是工程項(xiàng)目管理的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容,工程進(jìn)度目標(biāo)是否按期實(shí)現(xiàn)直接關(guān)系到該項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。 本文以某礦石碼頭項(xiàng)目建設(shè)為例,從工程進(jìn)度控制管理入手,在進(jìn)度控制組織措施和進(jìn)度控制技術(shù)措施上對(duì)該大型復(fù)雜項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的進(jìn)度控制問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析,并運(yùn)用進(jìn)度控制的理論和方法,從組織結(jié)構(gòu)的建立、施工質(zhì)量與安全控制、施工計(jì)劃、施工協(xié)調(diào)、新技術(shù)與新措施的應(yīng)用幾個(gè)方面對(duì)該項(xiàng)目存在的進(jìn)度控制問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究,提出了進(jìn)度控制的解決方案,并通過(guò)在該礦石碼頭項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際應(yīng)用得到了檢驗(yàn),使該工程進(jìn)度管理始終受控,按期完成進(jìn)度計(jì)劃目標(biāo),提升了企業(yè)信譽(yù)度和知名度,創(chuàng)造了良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 本文第一部分緒論中,介紹了該論文選題的背景及意義,,介紹了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理發(fā)展的國(guó)內(nèi)外概況,闡述了工程進(jìn)度管理的有關(guān)理論。 文章在第二章中介紹了某礦石碼頭項(xiàng)目的工程概況,并從組織措施方面和技術(shù)措施方面分析了工程施工過(guò)程中進(jìn)度控制方面存在的急需解決的具體問(wèn)題。 文章第三章和第四章針對(duì)該項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中的進(jìn)度管理方面存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)地分析和研究,提出了建立適合該項(xiàng)目管理的機(jī)構(gòu)組織形式可以加快工作和決策的效率,利于工程進(jìn)度控制目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),并從質(zhì)量與安全管理、施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃、施工協(xié)調(diào)和新措施新技術(shù)采用四方面,探討總結(jié)了該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的措施和方法,闡述了在工程進(jìn)度控制過(guò)程中,應(yīng)該做哪些工作才能確保工程進(jìn)度按照計(jì)劃目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn),并制定了里程碑計(jì)劃和實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)度控制的質(zhì)量、安全控制措施并在進(jìn)度管理中加以應(yīng)用,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了工期目標(biāo)。 文章的結(jié)論部分提出大中型項(xiàng)目的建設(shè),其項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容龐大、復(fù)雜,施工周期長(zhǎng),項(xiàng)目管理者重視組織結(jié)構(gòu)的恰當(dāng)選擇,同時(shí)要在施工過(guò)程中加強(qiáng)進(jìn)度控制的技術(shù)措施制定,加大協(xié)調(diào)溝通的力度,對(duì)該類(lèi)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度控制管理有重要的意義和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Project schedule control is an important part of project management. Whether the project schedule is achieved on schedule or not is directly related to the economic and social benefits of the project. Taking the construction of a certain ore wharf project as an example, this paper starts with the project schedule control management. In the progress control organization measures and schedule control technical measures, this paper analyzes the progress control problems in the construction process of the large-scale complex project, and applies the theory and method of schedule control to establish the organizational structure. Construction quality and safety control, construction planning, construction coordination, new technology and new measures of the application of several aspects of the project existing progress control problems are studied, and proposed a progress control solution. And through the actual application of the ore terminal project has been tested, so that the project progress management is always under control, on schedule to complete the progress plan goal, enhance the reputation and reputation of the enterprise. Good economic benefits have been created. In the introduction of the first part of this paper, the background and significance of this thesis are introduced, the development of project schedule management at home and abroad is introduced, and the theory of project schedule management is expounded. In the second chapter, the paper introduces the general situation of the project of a certain ore wharf, and analyzes the concrete problems in the control of progress in the construction process from the aspects of organization measures and technical measures. The third and 4th chapters analyze and study the problems of schedule management in the implementation of the project in detail. It is put forward that setting up the organization form suitable for the project management can speed up the efficiency of work and decision making, and is conducive to the realization of the goal of project schedule control, and from the quality and safety management, construction schedule plan. Four aspects of construction coordination and new measures and new technologies are discussed, the measures and methods of schedule control of the project are discussed and summarized, and the progress control process of the project is expounded. What should be done to ensure that the progress of the project is achieved in accordance with the planned objectives, and the quality of the milestone plan and the implementation of progress control, safety control measures and their application in schedule management have been developed. Thus, the target of time limit is realized. The conclusion part of the paper puts forward the construction of large and medium-sized projects, whose contents are huge, complex, long construction cycle, project managers attach importance to the appropriate choice of organizational structure. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the technical measures of progress control and strengthen the coordination and communication in the construction process, which is of great significance and reference to the progress control management of this kind of projects.
