【摘要】:水工大體積混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)施工中常設(shè)寬縫以緩解溫度應(yīng)力,寬縫中常有鋼筋通過,若不截斷過寬槽鋼筋,鋼筋內(nèi)將產(chǎn)生較大應(yīng)力;若截斷過寬槽鋼筋,施工非常困難。針對上述難點(diǎn),提出了新型的微彎過寬槽鋼筋,并設(shè)計了4種不同尺寸和具體形狀。通過數(shù)值分析和試驗(yàn)研究,得到了微彎鋼筋的受力與變形關(guān)系?紤]溫度和徐變作用,按施工過程對某上閘首結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了施工仿真分析,研究微彎過縫鋼筋施工期的應(yīng)力狀態(tài),并和直過縫鋼筋進(jìn)行了對比。對配置有微彎鋼筋和直鋼筋的軸拉構(gòu)件進(jìn)行對比分析,研究微彎鋼筋對正常使用階段混凝土最大裂縫寬度的影響。在以上工作的基礎(chǔ)上,以施工期鋼筋應(yīng)力和正常使用階段混凝土最大裂縫寬度為依據(jù),建議了合適的新型過寬槽鋼筋形狀與尺寸。
[Abstract]:The construction of hydraulic concrete structures in the standing wide slot to alleviate the temperature stress, the slit width is often reinforced by, if not cut too wide groove steel, will have a greater stress in the steel reinforcement; if the truncation is too wide slot steel construction is very difficult. To solve these problems, put forward the new micro bend over wide slot reinforced, and design 4 kinds of different sizes and specific shapes. Through numerical analysis and experimental research, has been reinforced by the relationship between micro bending and deformation force. Considering the temperature and creep action, according to the construction process of a lock head structure for the construction simulation analysis of micro bending over joint reinforcement stresses during construction state, and straight over joint reinforcement were compared. There is a slight bending bar and straight steel bar tensile members were compared to the study of micro bend configuration, the maximum crack width of reinforced concrete normal use stage. On the basis of the above work, the construction of On the basis of the stress and the maximum crack width of concrete in the normal use stage, the shape and size of the new type of slots are suggested.

【正文快照】: 水利水電工程中大體積混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)比較普遍[1],施工期自身溫度應(yīng)力較大,同時受外界溫度變化影響,在受到基巖強(qiáng)約束的部位會產(chǎn)生較大的溫度應(yīng)力,以致經(jīng)常產(chǎn)生溫度裂縫。為減小溫度應(yīng)力,常采用分塊澆筑的施工方法,大體積混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)中間留有寬槽,后期低溫季節(jié)再回填寬槽形成整體結(jié)
