【摘要】：針對(duì)大壩風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的自身不確定性、相互間關(guān)聯(lián)性及量綱不統(tǒng)一而造成的大壩風(fēng)險(xiǎn)后果綜合評(píng)價(jià)困難的問題,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有法律法規(guī)對(duì)潰壩后果事故等級(jí)分類的相關(guān)規(guī)定,建立基于集對(duì)分析的大壩風(fēng)險(xiǎn)后果綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,從同、異、反三方面刻畫風(fēng)險(xiǎn)后果與各事故等級(jí)的趨同程度,并根據(jù)最大集對(duì)勢(shì)原理確定大壩風(fēng)險(xiǎn)后果綜合評(píng)價(jià)等級(jí)及其排序。將該評(píng)價(jià)模型應(yīng)用于江西省5座水庫(kù)大壩潰壩后果綜合評(píng)價(jià)中,并將該評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果與基于屬性區(qū)間計(jì)算模型的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果表明:集對(duì)分析評(píng)價(jià)模型過程簡(jiǎn)明、運(yùn)算量少,且評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果合理、客觀、全面、清晰,為大壩風(fēng)險(xiǎn)后果綜合評(píng)價(jià)提供了一種新思路。
[Abstract]:In view of the uncertainty of dam risk and the difficulty of comprehensive evaluation of dam risk caused by the inconsistency of interrelation and dimension it is difficult to evaluate the consequences of dam risk. Combined with the relevant provisions of existing laws and regulations on the classification of dam failure consequences, a comprehensive evaluation model of dam risk consequences based on set pair analysis is established, from the same and different. The reverse three aspects describe the degree of convergence between the risk consequences and the different accident levels. According to the principle of maximum set pair potential, the comprehensive evaluation grade and ranking of dam risk and consequence are determined, and the evaluation model is applied to the comprehensive evaluation of dam failure consequences of 5 reservoirs in Jiangxi Province. The evaluation results are compared with the evaluation results based on attribute interval calculation model. The results show that the evaluation model is simple in process, less computation, reasonable, objective, comprehensive and clear. It provides a new idea for comprehensive evaluation of dam risk and consequence.
