【摘要】:為減少洪水潰堤造成的洪災(zāi)生命損失,快速高效組織人員撤離避險(xiǎn),詳細(xì)介紹了避洪轉(zhuǎn)移分析流程,探討了GIS網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析技術(shù)在避洪轉(zhuǎn)移分析中的應(yīng)用方法。該方法包括路網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)的拓?fù)錂z查與處理、路網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)集的建立、轉(zhuǎn)移單元與安置點(diǎn)的合理配置、避險(xiǎn)最優(yōu)路徑計(jì)算分析等。并以渾河右岸某段堤防潰堤為例,實(shí)現(xiàn)了避洪轉(zhuǎn)移最短路徑搜索,繪制避洪轉(zhuǎn)移路線圖。結(jié)果表明:應(yīng)用GIS技術(shù)可方便得出避險(xiǎn)轉(zhuǎn)移最優(yōu)路徑、提高轉(zhuǎn)移效率、節(jié)約轉(zhuǎn)移成本,繪制的避險(xiǎn)轉(zhuǎn)移圖及方法等能為防洪應(yīng)急預(yù)案的制定提供科學(xué)參考。
[Abstract]:To reduce flooding caused by dike flood loss of life, rapid and efficient organization of the evacuation hedge, introduces the flood analysis of transfer process, discusses the application method of flood avoidance transfer technology in the analysis of GIS network analysis. The method includes topology checking and processing network data, establishing network data sets, the rational allocation of transfer unit with the arrangement, calculation and analysis of hedging optimal path. And Hun River right bank a levee as an example, the flood avoiding transfer of the shortest path search, rendering and flood transfer route map. The result shows that the application of GIS technology can be conveniently obtained optimal hedge transfer path, improve the transfer efficiency, saving cost transfer, drawing the hedge transfer diagram and methods can provide scientific reference for the formulation of the flood emergency plan.
