【摘要】：為探究隧洞鉆孔作業(yè)過程中鉆工身體疲勞程度與作業(yè)姿勢關(guān)系,從人因工程理論視角,運用CATIA軟件建立隧洞鉆孔作業(yè)模型,并模擬6種典型鉆孔作業(yè)姿勢。測算鉆工在不同孔位作業(yè)姿勢疲勞程度評估值,分析鉆工疲勞程度與身體下蹲參數(shù)的關(guān)系。研究表明:腳踝和大腿是鉆孔作業(yè)最易疲勞部位,需重點保護;下蹲作業(yè)姿勢極易疲勞,推薦坐姿為低位鉆孔作業(yè)姿勢。為減輕腳踝和大腿受力,應(yīng)采用作業(yè)支持系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:To explore the relationship between the degree of fatigue of the drilling process and working posture, because from the perspective of engineering theory, using CATIA software to build tunnel drilling model, and simulated 6 typical drilling operations. The estimated posture evaluation value in different hole working posture analysis of the relationship between the degree of fatigue, fatigue and squat body parameters the research showed that the ankle and the thigh is most easily fatigue drilling site, need to focus on protection; squat posture and easy fatigue, recommend sitting is low drilling posture. In order to reduce the ankle and thigh force, should adopt the operation support system.
