大位移定向鉆井工藝在PY10-8/5油田的應(yīng)用

PY10-8/5大位移井是中海油在中國南海的重點難點項目。該大位移井項目中表層防碰,表層大尺寸井眼造斜,高穩(wěn)斜角長位移井段作業(yè)提速和井下工具的磨損都嚴(yán)重制約了定向施工作業(yè)進(jìn)程。在深入分析該項目定向鉆井作業(yè)技術(shù)難點的基礎(chǔ)上,參考國內(nèi)外大位移井定向鉆井技術(shù),根據(jù)該區(qū)塊的鉆井經(jīng)驗進(jìn)行了定向作業(yè)難點攻關(guān)優(yōu)化。通過優(yōu)化井眼軌道,優(yōu)化鉆具組合,使用并優(yōu)選旋轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)向鉆井工具,模擬與實時跟蹤分析作業(yè)工程參數(shù),逐步形成了適合該大位移井項目的定向鉆井作業(yè)配套技術(shù)。這些鉆井工藝的應(yīng)用使PY10-8/5大位移井項目得以順利、高效、經(jīng)濟(jì)地完成,并對其他同類項目有一定的借鑒意義。
