基于數(shù)字圖像處理的非均質(zhì)巖石材料細(xì)觀尺度應(yīng)力分析

【摘要】:以冀中坳陷碳酸鹽巖儲層為例,利用碳酸鹽巖微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的圖像信息,確定地應(yīng)力數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算網(wǎng)格的合適尺寸,將數(shù)字圖像處理技術(shù)引入非均質(zhì)碳酸鹽巖巖石材料細(xì)觀尺度的應(yīng)力分布計(jì)算中,將表征巖石細(xì)觀結(jié)構(gòu)特征的量與巖石物理力學(xué)參數(shù)等宏觀的量有機(jī)結(jié)合,精確預(yù)測碳酸鹽巖非均質(zhì)儲層裂縫發(fā)育及分布的區(qū)域。結(jié)果表明:研究區(qū)域最大水平主應(yīng)力為-59.51~-95.09 MPa,最小水平主應(yīng)力為-34.05~-52.58 MPa;Mises等效應(yīng)力為56.84~83.15 MPa;研究區(qū)域最大總應(yīng)變?yōu)?.097×10-4,最小總應(yīng)變?yōu)?.392×10-4;巖心樣品在左上區(qū)域和右下區(qū)域均出現(xiàn)應(yīng)力集中和變形不協(xié)調(diào)的情況,預(yù)測為裂縫主要擴(kuò)展和分布的區(qū)域;基于數(shù)字圖像處理技術(shù)能夠更真實(shí)、有效地表征儲層巖石的非均質(zhì)性。

The digital image processing technology is introduced into the meso-scale stress distribution calculation of heterogeneous carbonate rock materials, and the amount that characterizes the meso-structure characteristics of rock is organically combined with the macroscopic quantity such as rock physical and mechanical parameters.
