GB 50251與ASME B31.8中輸氣管道試壓規(guī)定的對比

【摘要】:管道試壓是檢驗輸氣管道工程質(zhì)量和保證管道安全的重要手段。GB 50251-1994《輸氣管道工程設計規(guī)范》對輸氣管道試壓作了詳細規(guī)定,是指導我國輸氣管道試壓的最基礎規(guī)范,該標準于2003年、2015年進行了修訂。針對地區(qū)等級劃分與設計系數(shù)選取、強度試驗要求、嚴密性試驗要求等管道試壓關鍵問題,對GB 50251-2003、GB 50251-2015與ASME B31.8-2012《輸氣與配氣管道系統(tǒng)》相關規(guī)定的差異進行了對比分析。結果表明:與采用0.8設計系數(shù)的ASME B31.8-2012相比,GB 50251-2015首次在一級一類地區(qū)采用0.8設計系數(shù);在各地區(qū)等級沿線居民戶數(shù)和(或)建筑物的密集程度的要求上,ASME B31.8-2012較GB 50251-2015更嚴格;在強度試驗與嚴密性試驗方面,GB 50251-2015對GB 50251-2003進行了補充和修改,降低了其保守性,但與ASME B31.8-2012相比仍然存在不全面之處。
[Abstract]:Pipeline pressure test is an important means to test the quality of gas pipeline engineering and ensure pipeline safety. GB 50251 / 1994 Code for Design of Gas Pipeline Engineering stipulates in detail the pressure test of gas pipeline, which is the most basic code to guide the pressure test of gas pipeline in our country. The standard was revised in 2003 and 2015. In view of the key problems of pipeline pressure test, such as the selection of regional grade classification and design coefficient, strength test requirements and tightness test requirements, the differences between GB 50251 2015 and ASME B31.8 2012 (Gas Transmission and Gas Distribution Pipeline system) are compared and analyzed. The results show that compared with ASME B31.8 / 2012 with 0.8 design coefficient, GB 50251 / 2015 adopts 0.8 design coefficient for the first class of areas for the first time, and ASME B31.8 / 2012 is more stringent than GB 50251 / 2015 in terms of the number of households and / or the density of buildings along each regional level. In terms of strength test and tightness test, GB 50251 / 2015 supplements and modifies GB 50251 / 2003, which reduces its conservatism, but it is still incomplete compared with ASME B31.8 / 2012.
