哈拉哈塘油田高含蠟原油降凝劑合成及性能研究

【摘要】:哈拉哈塘油田南部區(qū)塊原油含蠟量高,生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中井筒頻繁堵塞,嚴(yán)重影響正常生產(chǎn)。分析了井筒堵塞物成分,主要以微晶蠟堵塞為主;合成了15種共聚物,評(píng)價(jià)了合成物的降凝和降黏效果,優(yōu)選出效果較好的SDA-1降凝劑,使原油凝點(diǎn)降低28℃,0℃時(shí)原油降黏率為80%;偏光顯微結(jié)果表明,加劑后原油蠟晶明顯變小,SDA-1抑制了蠟晶生長(zhǎng);高溫高壓井筒模擬研究結(jié)果表明,加入1 000 mg/L SDA-1降凝劑后,井筒舉升壓差由1.37 kPa降低至0.67 kPa,有效抑制了蠟晶析出,SDA-1具有良好應(yīng)用前景。
