基于太赫茲時域光譜的汽車發(fā)動機(jī)油低溫性能研究

【摘要】:采用太赫茲時域光譜技術(shù)研究潤滑油的低溫性能。在自建的透射式太赫茲時域光譜系統(tǒng)上,檢測幾種潤滑油在-40~0℃間的太赫茲時域譜,并通過對太赫茲時域譜的處理得到潤滑油的吸收系數(shù)和折射率。結(jié)果表明,低溫導(dǎo)致潤滑油中烴類物質(zhì)結(jié)晶析出,使得潤滑油黏度增大并且喪失流動性;溫度降低對潤滑油的影響在太赫茲時域光譜圖中表現(xiàn)為時間延遲增大,溫度與時間延遲表現(xiàn)出一定規(guī)律性;溫度降低導(dǎo)致潤滑油折射率增大,吸收系數(shù)增大,折射率與溫度變化也呈現(xiàn)出相關(guān)性。研究證明太赫茲時域光譜技術(shù)能十分有效地檢測溫度變化對潤滑油的影響,可用于研究潤滑油的低溫性能。
