鉆井液用高效橋聯(lián)型防塌劑的研發(fā)及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用

【摘要】:井壁失穩(wěn)一直是鉆井過程中未能徹底解決的問題。根據(jù)防塌劑與鉆井液中的黏土及地層礦物吸附聯(lián)結(jié)的作用機(jī)理,采用AM、AMPS和一種強(qiáng)吸附單體M,通過以過硫酸鉀作引發(fā)劑,在60℃反應(yīng)4 h,合成了一種抗溫達(dá)150℃的高溫橋聯(lián)型防塌劑QFT,產(chǎn)物為白色黏稠狀,QFT分子量約為(8~60)×104 g/mol,有效含量為10%。該防塌劑具有強(qiáng)抑制、降濾失及對(duì)基漿黏度影響小的特點(diǎn),對(duì)其進(jìn)行了性能評(píng)價(jià)和機(jī)理分析,并介紹了其現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用情況。與清水相比,3%QFT水溶液使泥頁巖巖心線性膨脹量降低44.56%,泥頁巖巖屑150℃滾動(dòng)回收率提高34.1%,回收率大于KCl及KPAM和FA-367;在清水中浸泡10 min后完全分散開的巖心,在QFT溶液中浸泡24 h仍保存完整。X-射線衍射分析結(jié)果說明,QFT由于分子量較小,可以進(jìn)入黏土層間,阻止水分子進(jìn)入黏土層。含有QFT的基漿老化后黏土顆粒粒徑較小,比表面積較大,說明該防塌劑可以通過與黏土的橋聯(lián)吸附,阻止基漿中固相顆粒高溫聚集,保證基漿中具有一定量的細(xì)顆粒,有利于形成薄而致密的濾餅,老化后3%QFT可以使4%基漿的API濾失量降低48.33%。鉀鈣基鉆井液體系中引入QFT后,有效地降低了濾失量,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的泥巖巖屑滾動(dòng)回收率在95%以上,且120℃下浸泡后的人造巖心強(qiáng)度比原體系提高14%以上。通過在紅山嘴H160井的應(yīng)用,表明該防塌鉆井液體系能夠防止井塌等復(fù)雜事故。此外,由于該體系有良好的降濾失及抑制性,試驗(yàn)井鉆井周期比鄰井H170-X井縮短43%,鉆機(jī)月速提高了70%,顯著提高了鉆井時(shí)效,降低鉆井成本。
