【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)水系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化往往只考慮了新鮮水用量,而忽視了除鹽水、除氧水、各等級蒸汽、蒸汽冷凝水、循環(huán)冷卻水等類型的水,缺乏對各類型水量關(guān)聯(lián)性的研究。針對這種局限性,提出了包含多種類型水的通用用水過程模型,以及通用煉油廠水系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化的超結(jié)構(gòu)和相應(yīng)的數(shù)學模型,模型中集成了各裝置及各種類型水之間關(guān)聯(lián)的物料衡算方程。利用商業(yè)軟件GAMS對某煉油廠的水系統(tǒng)進行建模求解,案例分析結(jié)果表明,除鹽水用量有所下降,回用水用量增加,在優(yōu)化前后雨水量保持469.36 t·h-1的情況下,系統(tǒng)的新鮮水用量從489.44 t·h~(-1)減小到283.94t·h~(-1),以系統(tǒng)新鮮水量和雨水量之和為基準,節(jié)水率達到21.4%。加工噸原油取水量從0.649 t減小至0.510 t,接近國內(nèi)先進水平。案例研究表明,提出的優(yōu)化模型能夠有效地計算整個煉油廠水系統(tǒng)的新鮮水用量,驗證了該模型的實用性。
[Abstract]:The optimization of traditional water system often only considers the amount of fresh water, but neglects the types of water, such as desalting water, deaerated water, steam, steam condensate, circulating cooling water and so on, and lacks the research on the correlation of each type of water. In view of this limitation, a general water use process model containing many types of water, as well as the superstructure and corresponding mathematical model of water system optimization in general refinery are put forward, in which the material balance equations related to each plant and various types of water are integrated. The commercial software GAMS is used to model and solve the water system of a refinery. The results of case analysis show that the amount of desalted water decreases and the amount of reused water increases. When the rain water quantity is kept at 469.36 t 路h ~ (- 1) before and after optimization, the amount of fresh water in the system decreases from 489.44 t 路h ~ (- 1) to 283.94 t 路h ~ (- 1). Based on the sum of fresh water quantity and rain water quantity, the water saving rate reaches 21.4%. The water intake of processed tons of crude oil decreased from 0.649 t to 0.510 t, which was close to the domestic advanced level. The case study shows that the proposed optimization model can effectively calculate the fresh water consumption of the whole refinery water system, and the practicability of the model is verified.
