雙助催Ziegler-Natta體系用于混合癸烯制備潤滑油基礎油

【摘要】:以自制混合癸烯為原料,采用AlEt_2Cl和AlEt_3兩種助催化劑與TiCl_4形成雙助催Ziegler-Natta體系,制備出高黏度指數(shù)的聚α-烯烴合成潤滑油基礎油(PAO)。利用GC表征和黏度測定的方法研究了反應條件對PAO收率和黏溫特性的影響。實驗結果表明,采用AlEt_2Cl-AlEt_3雙組分助催化劑制備PAO,PAO的收率和黏度指數(shù)較高。適宜的PAO制備條件為:TiCl_4用量2%(w)(基于混合癸烯的質量)、反應溫度80℃、鋁鈦摩爾比為1.4∶1,在該條件下,所得PAO的100℃運動黏度為30 mm2/s,黏度指數(shù)135。推測了該催化體系催化癸烯合成PAO的反應機理。雙助催Ziegler-Natta體系催化混合癸烯得到的PAO具有中等黏度和高黏度指數(shù)的特點,在潤滑油領域具有很大的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?br/>[Abstract]:Using self-made mixed decene as raw material, poly偽-olefine base oil (PAO). With high viscosity index was prepared by using AlEt_2Cl and AlEt_3 co-catalysts and TiCl_4 to form a double catalytic Ziegler-Natta system. The effects of reaction conditions on the yield and viscosity temperature of PAO were studied by GC characterization and viscosity measurement. The experimental results show that the yield and viscosity index of PAO,PAO prepared by AlEt_2Cl-AlEt_3 two-component cocatalyst are high. The optimum preparation conditions of PAO are as follows: the amount of TiCl_4 is 2% (w) (based on the mass of mixed decene), the reaction temperature is 80 鈩,
