【摘要】：為實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)煉油設(shè)備及管線的全面腐蝕與防護(hù)管理,建立以煉化裝置安全運(yùn)行為目標(biāo),集設(shè)備、管線基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)信息、運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)、專業(yè)監(jiān)檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)、防護(hù)數(shù)據(jù)、腐蝕分析及評(píng)估預(yù)測(cè)、常規(guī)評(píng)價(jià)于一體并與GIS技術(shù)加以整合的腐蝕與防護(hù)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)不僅實(shí)現(xiàn)了煉化設(shè)備管線全面腐蝕與防護(hù)管理,而且通過(guò)GIS技術(shù)的查詢、統(tǒng)計(jì)、狀態(tài)分布展示等功能,對(duì)不同層級(jí)管理人員提供設(shè)備管線基礎(chǔ)信息、腐蝕情況和趨勢(shì)、防腐狀態(tài)等信息展示,極大地支撐了煉化企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the comprehensive corrosion and protection management of oil refining equipment and pipeline, aiming at the safe operation of refining and chemical plant, the basic data information of equipment and pipeline, operation data, professional supervision and inspection data, protection data are established. Corrosion analysis, evaluation and prediction, conventional evaluation and integration with GIS technology corrosion and protection system. The system not only realizes the comprehensive corrosion and protection management of refining and chemical equipment pipelines, but also provides the basic information, corrosion situation and trend of equipment and pipelines to different levels of managers through the functions of GIS technology inquiry, statistics, state distribution display and so on. The display of anticorrosion status and other information has greatly supported the safe production and operation of refining and chemical enterprises.
