【摘要】：該課題是針對我廠稠油水平井高含水問題而開展的。鑒于水平井的出水方式和機理復(fù)雜,完井方式特殊,使水平井的堵水技術(shù)較直井面臨更多、更復(fù)雜的問題和挑戰(zhàn)。因此,開展水平井堵水技術(shù)研究,對解決水平井生產(chǎn)面臨的問題具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義[1-8]。本文通過對現(xiàn)河采油廠稠油生產(chǎn)區(qū)塊的調(diào)研,分析了現(xiàn)河采油廠稠油生產(chǎn)存在的問題,對目前的各項堵調(diào)技術(shù)提出了改進建議;對稠油水平井現(xiàn)場存在的難題找到了治理措施。針對稠油水平井堵水調(diào)剖劑研究,開展了兩項研究,一是作為深部堵水劑凝膠的配方研發(fā),二是中部和封口堵水劑配方的優(yōu)化。通過調(diào)研分析,決定分三個段塞,深部堵劑采用凝膠堵劑;中部堵劑采用超細水泥復(fù)合的凝膠顆粒堵劑;封口劑采用G級水泥復(fù)合的凝膠顆粒堵劑。針對封堵汽竄大孔道專門研發(fā)了水玻璃凝膠復(fù)合封竄劑,通過實驗得到了強度高、耐溫性好,耐老化時間長的復(fù)合堵劑配方。
