隨鉆堵漏用疏水締合聚合物的作用機理分析

【摘要】:針對常規(guī)堵漏材料難以對非均質(zhì)強的滲透地層實現(xiàn)隨鉆封堵的難題,以長碳鏈烷基二甲基烯丙基氯化銨、丙烯酰胺、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和丙烯酸為單體,通過調(diào)整引發(fā)劑比例和種類及反應(yīng)條件后,合成了一種隨鉆堵漏用疏水締合聚合物JD。通過紅外光譜表征,合成產(chǎn)物為4種單體的共聚物。分別對0.3%和0.6%的JD溶液及加有0.3%JD的4%膨潤土漿進行透射電鏡分析表明,聚合物分子之間通過疏水締合形成了類似膠束的疏水締合結(jié)構(gòu),其尺寸約為0.1~0.2μm,同時疏水締合聚合物與膨潤土之間形成了動態(tài)網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu),這正是其具有優(yōu)良封堵性能的原因。通過使用FEIQuanta200F場發(fā)射環(huán)境掃描電鏡測試得到,加入JD后的濾餅表面有大量聚合物形成的網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)。靜態(tài)封堵結(jié)果表明,在鉆井液體系中加入0.3%JD,粒徑為0.45~0.90 mm砂床的漏失量降低82%,粒徑為0.22~0.45 mm與0.12~0.22 mm砂床可完全封堵,即JD可對不同漏失情況的砂床實現(xiàn)有效封堵,使鉆井液可以隨鉆封堵非均質(zhì)性滲透地層。配伍性評價表明,JD與SMP-Ⅱ、SPNH、聚合醇有良好的復(fù)配效果,與Redu1、NH4-HPAN、乳化瀝青復(fù)配黏度和切力有所增大,因此JD更適用于黏度和切力不太高的體系。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that conventional plugging materials are difficult to block heterogeneous permeable formation while drilling, long carbon chain alkyl dimethyl allyl ammonium chloride, acrylamide, N-vinylpyrrolidone and acrylic acid are used as monomers. A hydrophobic association polymer JD. for plugging leakage while drilling was synthesized by adjusting the proportion, type and reaction conditions of initiator. The products were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, and the synthesized products were Copolymer of four monomers. The transmission electron microscope analysis of 0.3% and 0.6% JD solution and 4% bentonite pulp with 0.3%JD showed that the hydrophobic association structure similar to micelle was formed by hydrophobic association between polymer molecules. Its size is about 0.1 ~ 0.2 渭 m, and a dynamic grid structure is formed between hydrophobic association polymer and bentonite, which is the reason for its excellent blocking performance. By using FEIQuanta200F field emission environment scanning electron microscope, it is found that there is a large number of polymer grid structure on the surface of filter cake after adding JD.
