低溫固井水泥漿體系的室內(nèi)研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)煤層氣層的低溫固井以及深水表層套管固井中油井水泥早期強(qiáng)度發(fā)展緩慢的問(wèn)題,通過(guò)將膠體SiO_2、硫酸鹽和醇胺類物質(zhì)三元復(fù)配,開(kāi)發(fā)出一種復(fù)合型無(wú)氯早強(qiáng)劑AA。研究了該早強(qiáng)劑不同加量對(duì)油井水泥的影響,采用XRD、SEM分析水泥水化產(chǎn)物和微觀形貌,并結(jié)合早強(qiáng)劑中各組分作用,分析了它的作用機(jī)理。通過(guò)向水泥中加入減輕材料和配套外加劑,形成了一套密度為1.35~1.87g/cm~3的低溫固井水泥漿體系。研究結(jié)果表明,早強(qiáng)劑AA可以加速水泥熟料C_3S、C_2S的水化反應(yīng)進(jìn)程,同時(shí)消耗水泥水化生成的Ca(OH)_2,膠體SiO_2可以與Ca(OH)_2發(fā)生火山灰反應(yīng)生成C—S—H凝膠,它可以填充水泥顆粒之間的微孔隙,顯著提高水泥石早期強(qiáng)度;該低溫固井水泥漿在30℃下的24 h抗壓強(qiáng)度大于13 MPa,稠化時(shí)間在196~258 min之間,失水量為24 mL,游離液為0,流動(dòng)度大于20 cm。此外,該水泥漿體系具有直角稠化、防氣竄性能優(yōu)異等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of slow development of early strength of oil well cement in low temperature cementing of coal layer and deep water surface casing, a compound chlorine free early strength agent AA. was developed by combining colloidal SiO_2, sulfate and alcoholamine in ternary combination. The effect of different dosage of the early strength agent on oil well cement was studied. The hydration products and microstructure of the cement were analyzed by XRD,SEM, and its action mechanism was analyzed in combination with the action of each component in the early strength agent. A set of low temperature cement slurry system with density of 1.35~1.87g/cm~3 was formed by adding mitigating material and auxiliary admixture to cement. The results show that the early strength agent AA can accelerate the hydration process of cement clinker C _ 3s and C _ 2S, and consume the Ca (OH) _ 2 formed by cement hydration at the same time. Colloidal SiO_2 can react with Ca (OH) _ 2 to form C-S-H gel, which can fill the micropores between cement particles and significantly improve the early strength of cement paste.
